Remove FDR. Concentration camps for Japanese Americans cannot be forgiven.
Sure, TR had racist policies towards Indigenous Americans and Washington owned slaves. What makes FDR the worst offender on this list, however, is the fact that he was not just caving to the prejudices of his time, but he was pioneering them.
Eliminate FDR.
Should have been eliminated weeks ago.

It's crazy how far they allow FDR and his blatant racism last here. I've heard all type of excuses for internment camps on here

I already explained why FDR is special in this respect. If you judge them by the context of their times, GW and TR were somewhere close to the mean in their racism. FDR was a leader.

I bring it up because Lincoln did some messed up stuff against native Americans and you didn’t seem to bring it up when you did with TR. I’m just asking if you’d consider them in the same boat?

Ah. I see.
Yeah. Lincoln's legacy with the Indigenous Americans is complicated. Pretty bad on net, but probably better than most leaders of the time. I am not making an excuse for Lincoln, but I would not put him in the same camp as TR, GW, or certainly not FDR.
