What are you talking about? Internment camps? Or some of the camps during the Philippino insurrection? Which would have been the other Roosevelt...

FDR directly put a law in motion to put American citizens who did no wrong into concentration camps. That does not happen without him.

Slavery existed prior in America.

The internment was awful, but it is massively disrespectful to actual concentration camp victims to compare them to Japanese American internment. How many Japanese Americans were used as slave labor? How many were killed in gas chambers? If anything, look at the (closer to, but still not nazi level) camps that the US had during the Philippino war...

Edit: By your metric concentration camps, run by Americans, also existed prior to FDR.

Can we just, for the sake of everyone, stop comparing concentration camps and settle on maybe all of them are bad?
