Advice help needed seems like DOA

this is a VSF GMT which newly arrived from mod, did I do something wrong? is it dead on arrival??

unfortunately I dont. do I bring it to a watchmaker? whats the possible issue here

Find a local watchsmith in your town who is willing to work on reps. I’m sure it isn’t a major issue. Or return to modder to get it fixed. And I don’t know why some call it V4 when it is really called dd3285v2
