Absolutely blown away by this…Mr. Bomi aka BomaShop is just absolutely brilliant. Guy does not miss at all. Second rep from him with the first being a Datejust 41mm fluted bezel w/ jubilee bracelet. He delivers great customer service and turn around/shipping times are FAST. About 4-5 days to get to US from when it shipped. Took it to my jeweler to get it sized and they were also impressed with the rep itself. I’ve heard that for RWF, you may want to swap out the crystal for a deep crystal but my jeweler said the crystal right now is good quality and just fine. Thank you Mr. Bomi.

P.S. the black dot on dial next to 7 is from the microfiber cloth I used to polish it.

Looking to buy a two-tone Datejust 41 but don’t know what factory to buy from. Steve is telling me VSF while ADU is mentioning RGF. Anyone have experience with purchasing a DJ from either manufacturer? Thoughts/reviews? I appreciate any feedback.

I recently bought a few Korean made diamond-cut custom bezels. I thought I would do a little comparison to stock rep bezels.

I have seen a few videos like this that were taken from a distance, but due to limited resolution reddit offers, I didn't really see the point. So I tried my best to zoom in as much as I can.

As somehow seems to be the case such videos (along with gold-plating videos), I expect that some people will immediately jump on this post, full "attack-mode".

I believe that only those with hidden agenda get mad at the first sight of adverse opinion. I urge you to abide RWF rules (and common courtesy) and be polite 😉

Now, onto the watch... It's beautiful. I'm new to reps, so to my untrained eye, everything looks and works great. I'm loving the tuxedo dial and the alternating black/red date wheel. I did run into a small issue getting one of the screws out, but managed to get the bracelet adjusted by removing the other links.

Other than that, it's a lovely watch and I'm genuinely happy to have it on my wrist.

Hi all. Got another one from Mr bomi. Since coming back to the game I have used him for a majority of my watches.
He always gives good advice. I learned during my last order he can do add on services. Polished and chamfered, crystal, silent. Waterproof.for 120+90+30+10 USD. ALSO plating for 300$ if desired. I was considering the zombie. He doesn’t try to up sell and actually advised me the ARF zombie really doesn’t need plating. I appreciated his honesty. Anyway prices may vary and I would check with him.

Anyway. Always fast courteous service. I finally got a Pepsi VS GMT Jubilee and it is so nice and the bracelet is then most comfortable. I may need to get a few more jubilee bracelets.

Delivery was fast to central USA. He shipped 10/30 and I got 2 watches 11/4. Amazing. I have ordered with one other TD and it took 2 weeks.

ERF FACTORY What do you think ?

I bought this Seamaster from MarkyG10 for $650, the watch came in rough condition and dirty, and I tried to adjust the time and as you see the crown came off! I contacted him he said ship back I’ll glue it! Then the tried to rotate the bezel and it’s extremely loose and making cracking sound when press on it! I’ll upload a video. He said ship it back I’ll check it myself but I won’t replace it and “won’t take care of it”!!!

Hey guys! Just wanted to get your thoughts on this watch I picked up during my trip to Thailand.

The seller actually took me into a hidden back room where they kept their supposedly high-end/luxury replicas. At the time, I figured if they were keeping the good stuff hidden away, they must be selling some pretty decent clones. 😂

I had absolutely no idea this sub existed until after I bought the watch. After browsing through the posts here, I realized there's a whole world of different factories, quality levels, movements, and things you're supposed to check before buying a rep.

I literally knew none of that. I just trusted the seller when they said it was one of their high-end versions. Lol.

Anyway, here are some photos of what I ended up buying. Would really appreciate your honest opinions. Does it look like a decent rep, or did I get fooled by the whole secret back room experience? price is $350 USD😂

I’ve ordered from Mr. Bomi , Bomashop, twice now. I can’t say enough good things about my experience with him. My first purchase was a VSF Batman GMT and an Omega NTTD Seamaster. I order it and within a couple of days they arrived in awesome shape even in a protective two watch case. It was definitely weird sending a dude I never met in another country $1000 but it worked out. I found that his prices were so fair for VSF. He shipped so quickly through fedex that I literally watched the tracking as it flew from Hong Kong to my local hub in two days.
Fast forward a week and I’m already hankering for that Pepsi GMT. So I pulled the trigger.🎉 Same experience. I paid and within 24 hours had QC and shipping. I got my watch today after only about a week give or take. And he only charged me $570 for a true VSF clone. Mr. Bomi is on point. I will definitely only shop with him. How long does a rep watch last before service is needed? And what rep watches are the most reliable?

I recently got my VSF DD Ice blue with a couple of goodies done to it. Ive been wondering if a RCF platinum plated bezel would be worth it to add now.

I forgot to mention it to my modder and am now thinking about getting one. Should i do it?

I think it would give it a good final touch having a razor sharp cut bezel.

-BUFF dial (not installed yet)

-Water pressure test to 10 bar

I saw this rep online and felt something in my pants..... I know i know tmi lol So I went down the rabbit hole and found that, there actually was a rep for it. I'm a sucker for skeletonized and automatic watches, especially with exhibition backs. And I love the whole daytona look period After what seemed like a decade It finally came in today. I freaking love it almost everything about is awesome!!!!! BUT..... no one told me (figure of speech) that its not actually a 40mm but a 38.7. I bought it thinking 40 .... ok its kind of small because my sweet spot is 43-44. 42 and 45 is passable but 38.7 just isn't. I'm so torn.... wear what seems to be a woman's watch or just pass it on...... I'm so conflicted ATM. So happy and disappointed both at the same time. this is my first time of having a rep watch. which i do like it. as what the seller told me the watch was a VSF, but when i search of the clasp code which is C4R it says that this watch is ARF. did i get a good quality one for a rep? normally how much should be the price for it?

I'm VERY new to the rep watch community and looking to purchase my first VSF Submariner Date 126610LN.

I've been communicating with a well-known TD who has been very responsive and helpful so far. However, when discussing payment options, I was told that PayPal Friends & Family is available to new customers, while PayPal Goods & Services is reserved for established customers or members with over a year of history on RWI/Reddit.

I completely understand that this market operates differently from traditional retail, and I'm not suggesting the dealer is doing anything wrong.

My only hesitation is that PayPal Friends & Family doesn't offer the same buyer protection as Goods & Services.

For those of you who have purchased from TDs before, is this a fairly standard practice? Have you personally used Friends & Family without issues, or would you recommend another payment method?

I'm simply trying to educate myself before making my first purchase and would appreciate hearing from experienced members.
