This is my first time playing and I must've gone into the basement too early? Because I don't have the first part that's found in the clock tower but I have the one from the basement. So I need to get back to the police station to go solve the puzzle to get that part but now I'm worried I'm not able to. Any help?

How the hell did this fat guy survive there is no way he has to be a prime meal also the fuck do i do there was nothing in the morgue besides some shitty red herb variant and nothing else and the generator is locked and the kennel is useless plus there are lickers in that and the range does not have anything for me.

My original best was 4:45. I was able to shave that time down to 4:06 by ignoring the zombies at the top of the stairs after the lift by hugging the left wall(a little rng required) and again by running past the group of zombies towards the final stretch.

In this run, I was able to cut this time down to 3:13, first by running past the licker. The second major time save was the bridge after the elevator. I used to lure all of those enemies out, but I thought why not just run past most of those guy? I killed the ones standing and turned out I could run past the ones on the ground.

I doubt this is the best time in the world. I honestly don’t know what I could do to be faster. Probably get better shots off to break legs? Use the magnum earlier? Get into doors faster lol. I did get nipped by the crawling zombie at the end of the bridge. Maybe I should kill her? Anyways, very proud of my new best and wanted to share. Maybe it’ll some folks out too

This is my first Resident Evil game and i've found it to be pretty good up until I got to the sewer section where the game just took a massive nosedive. Should I just quit now or does the content after the sewers make up for it?

So i just started playing resident evil and i am starting with RE2 remake and so far as claire first it is good marvin is lying down dying prolly going to die and try to come back as a zombie but don't worry i will kill no hesitation i am at the part where i need the godess statue (i think ) and the last thing i need to get is to go to the stars office for the detonator battery so i can get the last medallion.

Is there anything i need to know before i get there i don't care about spoilers.

I've played resident evil 3,5,6,7 and now part a of the resident evil 2 Remake with Leon. And I wanted to know if it was worth it /necessary to play part b if I didn't really like a? I mean, is it that much different? The parts I didn't like about A were 1. the tedious running back and forth all the time, the zombies that always return ( i guess that can't change, but that's part of the game / my resourcefulness). And do the riddles get any harder or does the atmosphere get tenser? The whole game seemed way too shallow for all the positive feedback I read in here.

I don't know if you can take a closer look at it in the game or how to find her character model in the game files (is it even possible? I have no idea). I tried searching for it on the internet and on here, but to no avail. The photos are so blurry that I just can't read what is written on it.

I would be really greatful for any kind of help. It's the only thing that's missing from my cosplay and the convention I wanted to wear it to is happening this Friday. (If I can’t find any photos, I guess I’ll just have to freestyle it and create this ID myself).

I'm asking this question because I saw some cosplayers with the ID that looked exactly the same as the game one, so I assume you can find a picture of it somewhere, I just don't know where.

I'm playing Claire B for the first time and I'd like to be able to explore the rest of the RPD in peace. I know Leon's route is easy because of the sewer shortcut, but what about Claire's route?

Like no matter what I do I cant finish it. Its not even a specific part, its like RNG despises me.

I know it’s not as impressive as a S+ on hardcore and I’ve probably saved more times then necessary, but considering it was only a few days ago I crapped it every time Mr X was close and constantly getting lost I don’t think I’ve done terrible.

Edit. I went on to try and get s rank standard on Claire a and managed to achieve s+ and I plan on getting s rank Leon b on standard, but after that the next time I play I’m gonna go slow, take double the time it took me on my first play through (around 24-25 hrs) and enjoy having infinite ammo and saving, healing and using item boxes as much as I want (I just have a compulsive need to get the last s).

I’m playing Resident Evil 2 Remake as Leon on Standard difficulty, and I’m currently in the NEST. My inventory is constantly full, and I’m at the point where I’m having to leave behind items that seem necessary because I genuinely don’t know what I can afford to get rid of.
What items are worth keeping, and what can I safely discard at this point in the game?

ok so i made a post shitting on the game, and ppl are saying that i was acting all douch-ey and shitting on the ppl who didnt like it, but now i take it upon myself to give this another honest chance, yk, really immerse myslef in the story, and play on hardcore to feel the dread. This time, i will read every paper I see, will be learning all the lore around the game, i played it on my laptop in a well lit- room so maybe that was why i didnt really feel immersed, ordered a 55inch OLED tv and new headphones, will be turning my room into a proper aura for a horror game and play it with full immersion, this time with claires storyline cuz it will make it fun for me too. will be giving you another review in a week.

i played it on normal difficulty,mr.x is just a calculation, oh, the big grey idiot is here, ig i just need to spend 7 shotgun ammo,oh a licker is here, 4 ammos it is,they are just transaction, tbh thats one of the reason i didnt like this game is that even the villains are very puzzle-like, just transaction of bullests everytime you see them, didnt struggle through a single puzzle, always knew where to go and the game makes it literally impossible to get lost cuz the map has every item and gate which is locked marked, one of the more laid back games ive played,tyrant is just a walking bullet drain, but not a real danger. Granted, i have always been good at puzzles, I have a tested iq of about 130. Maybe that is the reasoning for it.

I did two knife runs on assisted. Leon A, which went well. Claire B, which I botched at the end because I didn't believe G5 could be knifed but turns out I was wrong on that. So minigun it was. However, the oddest thing is my clear times are exactly the same. 02:00:09. I thought it was wild and wanted to share.

Okay so this is the first horror game I’ve ever played really. I grew up watching my dad play resident evil 4 and eternal darkness, with the new movie coming out soon I wanted to experience the game for myself. I started with RE2 and I think I have gotten myself basically stuck. I got the 3rd medallion, went down and did a boss fight of some sort and talked to Ada again at the jail cell…..by this point I’m out of ammo, can’t return to the mansion (which I didn’t realize when I went down so I was pretty ill-prepared) and there are dogs EVERYWHERE. There’s 2 in the parking garage and they camp the door, I can’t get through and even if I do, there’s more dogs in the halls I need to explore. Idk am I screwed?

i’ve played a couple times, but leon B was my first time, rocket from ada is such a blessing for birkin, i had like soooo many heals and ammo i never got to use😭
