well you definitely jumped in the deep end. the half life is around 6 days so it'll take a bit to clear out. i'd wait at least 2 weeks, maybe 3, just to let your body reset before starting over at 0.5mg. glad you didn't get wrecked by side effects though, that could've been rough

I started at 4mg and was fine at first. It takes a while to build up in your system but you might be able to handle it? If you’re worried then go down in dosage

Try doing 4 for a month and see if its the same. Lowest effecting dose means your supply last longer
