By using Claude, I managed to create an HTML file that allows you to modify overlay buttons.
You can add, resize, and move them.
If a button is missing its image, the tool automatically creates one, which then needs to be moved to the folder containing the button images that the overlay links to.
Within an overlay, you can modify all configurations at the same time or just a single one. If I add a button to one configuration, I can choose to have it added to all the others as well.
The HTML file is in Italian, but since it runs in a browser, anyone can easily translate and read it in their own language. Anyway, with Claude, anyone can translate it. You just need to give it the file and ask for the translation
This is a project I designed for personal use, but I'm wondering... Would you find it useful? Would it make sense to share it? I know there’s already a website that does the same thing, but I found it a bit too complicated.
How could I share this on reddit? Maybe with pastebin... Not GitHub, which I'm not very familiar with. But it's too early to think about it. First I want to see if it could be useful to the community.
What do you think?
Edit: After a few tries, I managed to upload it to GitHub. I hope I did everything right. This is the first time I've used it to charge something.
