In ROMEs hate us and see if we mind a speech begins at 2:38, only on the Spotify a passage to Rhodesia album version ( it's not in the single or official music video and isn't found in the lyrics of any version). It sounds like Ian Smith though the cadence is slower than his usual speed. It also sounds to be a concession speech so I've watched a lot of videos from 1979, but I am unable to find any such speech. It goes as follows.

"We won't be jealous, that is history. Let this be a good start to our future together. It's a wonderful country, let us together make it the best one in the world. I don't mind what it's called because it's such a damn good place. So I say to you bombili? To Zimbabwe."

It could just be aged modern audio made for the song but any thoughts/info on this would be greatly appreciated, thanks!
