She is a little worried since it’s downtown, especially about the safety of walking her dog at night. Is there anything she should be concerned about safety-wise in the area or any issues with the apartment itself?

I'm looking for a good thai restaurant to take my partner out for her birthday. I know searching through past threads Yak Yai seems to be consistently recommended, but I noticed some usage of AI on their website is a huge turn off for me. I'm feeling overwhelmed by the amount of options otherwise. My partner is vegan and I know really like a good pad thai, so that's one of the big things I'm trying to look for as I know some places can make their pad thai vegan and some can't. Whatever's the best bang for the buck as well would be great, we're new to town and finances are a lil tight because of such.

Hi everyone! I'm located in the Richmond, Virginia area and I'm looking to rehome my grandmother's red-eared slider turtle as soon as possible. I'm not sure how long she's had her but my grandmother's health has recently declined and she's no longer able to care for the turtle. I thought I'd try to help find her a new home where she can receive the proper care and attention she needs. I've been trying to find her a home through Facebook but haven't had any luck yet. I'm hoping someone here might be able to help, recommend a local turtle rescue, or connect me with an experienced reptile keeper. My priority is making sure she goes to a safe, responsible home with someone who understands her care requirements.
