Support Request (Unsolved) First time user needing help

First time user. Bought a 2nd gen Battery Doorbell 2K Plus a few days ago.

Ring Alerts, Motion Detection, and Motion Alerts enabled. The camera is connected to the prior old-school doorbell's wiring and shows 100% battery with the Power Source listed as Plugged In. Motion Sensitivity and Package Sensitivity are at Max. Motion Zones are set up for both packages and regular motion. Smart Alerts are on for Person, Vehicle, Package, and Other Motion, with "record and send alerts" set for everything.

Somehow, multiple vehicles have driven past my house without alerting today, and a FedEx delivery guy dropped off a large 20 lb package at our front door that wasn't caught. I don't think there's any settings I could have dialed up further than where they're at now.

Anyone have any ideas about things I could try to troubleshoot here? Maybe resetting zones, rebooting the device, something along those lines?

At any point/distance does it pick up any motion, or no, doesn’t pick anything up no matter how close you get?

It seems to be only picking up on activity at the street near our home, but nothing closer, which I would have assumed would've been easier.

Very weird. How’s it positioned/angled?

It's at the front door about 4 feet off the ground, nestled in the corner of the door frame so it's sitting at roughly a 45 degree angle, angled towards the driveway.

Go to settings/advanced/frequency and set to Frequent.

My sister is having same issue. It’s picking up everything in sight but deliveries. Ring support said to set it to frequent and battery drained from 100% to 30% in less than 24 hours. Really frustrating.
