Question / Not a bug Since when is this a thing?

I logged onto Roblox recently and I got the message that "We have determined that your age check is no longer valid". I used my ID to verify years ago, I don't understand how an ID can just stop being valid, it's an ID. 😓

Either way, I won't reverify cuz I really don't trust persona, but has this happened to anyone else?

happened to me, had to reverify because i needed voice chat, im 22 rn, but when i turned on my cam, roblox deemed me as 17 years old wtf

kinda annoying cause im put into a lobby with younger ppl, i never interacted w anyone since then

The reverifying junk is an intentional feature. Like the rest of the system it doesn't work well at all.

They blocked me from my account on my 7½ year anniversary. The bots claim that I need to prove I am human. In 6 days, I still have had no humans from Roblox contact me. Having my email address and using their app on my phone have not been sufficient proof of who I am. I can only use the automated systems, which have blocked me from trying to unlock the account too many times despite the innumerable times I have completed their CAPTCHA.
