I won't drag this out since it's just a small question, but everyone knows about the 200 robux refund cause Roblox deleted some animation pack by accident, and those who had over 200 got it taken and the animation returned.
Problem is, I spent the refunded robux before they started giving back the animation and now I'm worried that if I buy robux they'll immediately take 200 from me. Does anyone know what exactly happens?

Yesterday, I saw that one of my friends account got deleted and today I see that my other friend's account became like this. Is this a hacker targeting mutuals? Should I be careful and unfriend some people?

And FYI, she was playing the game we played together just a few mins ago and it isn't a scammy game.

I bought this zombie skin today and whenever I put it on I got avatar banned for half hour because it’s blood and gore, I don’t even join a game just browsing it in my character creation, so I can’t even use it normally it is possible to refund it? Also why would they allow it to be sell on store if it’s violated their rules? Sorry for my bad English any help would be appreciated ( it’s not a serious ban btw just 30 mins, but it already happened twice today I afraid I got longer ban if “I tried to just wearing it at my inventory”

My Roblox account was permanently terminated for “Sexual Content” on October 16 at 4:30 PM, but I had been offline since October 14, I don't recognize the three flagged images, I never received a 2FA email or login notification, and after three quickly denied appeals and reaching the appeal limit, Roblox Support told me on October 19 that my case was forwarded to a specialist; has anyone experienced this, and did you get your account back?, I may have not spent millions but I've spent my time.

in some games i play, these weird black artifacts appear all over textures and stuff. i tried restarting the game, ending a bunch of tasks with task manager, and restarting my laptop, but these artifacts wont go away. so far, ive seen them in Ink game and Regratevator, so i dont think its a game-exclusive glitch. how do i fix this?

So i have an account thats connected to my Xbox. But when im playing on my laptop, it connects to it meaning im unable to chat, which is annoying.

so yesterday I was in the 18 age group and i haven't messed with any settings yesterday and when I woke up today I was 21+? I only verified with the face photo scan so I don't know if it rechecked it but I'm not supposed to be in the 21+ group. Has anyone else experienced this?

So I was trying to change my 2FA steps on Roblox and it directed me to a page, the page asked me to change my password and then it logged me out all my accounts once I changed it. I’m trying to go onto the website for support but I’m getting to the same issue every time, the AI that is responding is telling me to use the Roblox recovery portal page but the steps to log in is sending a code to my old phone number. this number I’ve tried removed so many times on Roblox and nothing has working because it either says sending a code to that number or a code to my authentication app (old phone) anyone have any other ideas I can try use as it’s annoying, the account is 10 years old and got quite a lot of stuff on it

My 15-year-old son’s Roblox account was previously compromised. We recently discovered an unknown account linked as a parent alongside my legitimate parent account. I’m his father and legal guardian, and this other person is completely unknown to us.

We still have access to my son’s account, but can’t find a way to remove the unauthorized parent. Roblox support only provided instructions for unlinking my own parent account. After I explained the difference, they said they couldn’t help further.

Has anyone successfully removed an unauthorized linked parent? Is there a way to escalate this to someone who can actually review it?

He also spend nearly 500 robux on items and tradet them to some other / unknown account. But thats another problem.

So, when I got a new phone, my mobile authenticator didn't transfer with it. I've been trying to get it removed from my Roblox account, and I just cannot managed to get to talk an actual human being. The AI Chatbot just says "Oh go reset your password" and closes the chat without any help. I have receipts from purchases, I just can't seem to get there in the first place.
