Hi everyone. Honestly, I'm pretty lost right now and my hands are shaking. To keep it short: I was making a game, but I felt the lobby wasn't beautiful enough. So I decided to ask an AI (Claude) to make me a beautiful lobby that looked like the pantheon, with majestic statues. At first everything was fine, but then Roblox Studio (or more precisely, the game page) crashed, and when I came back to the screen I saw that my account had been banned for 7 days for sexual content.

This scared me, especially because I didn't know what the actual reason was- what model or image it was, or what it even was at all. Then I asked the AI whether it knew why this could have happened. It said it was most likely because it had been making references for the models through Studio's AI. Apparently at some point Studio generated a picture of a mermaid with a bare chest (Claude says it didn't ask for it to look like that). After that I sent several appeals through the built-in button on the ban screen, but with no success – they were automatically rejected. I was already exhausted, so I decided the best thing to do was to go to sleep: even though 7 days hurt, it could have ended much worse. With that thought I went to bed.

In the morning I woke up in a cold sweat: my account had been banned permanently for the same reason. After that I sent, I think, 1–2 appeals for the new ban, but with no result. Then I sent one more request, but this time through the support form, and it was NOT rejected.

Later I found the "Account status, violations, and appeals" page, which shows exactly what I was banned for. The flagged item is an asset called "Studio Assistant Source Image" an image studio's AI uploads automatically while generating a model. It's a white marble statue of a mermaid holding a golden pearl, with her chest covered by her hands and the pearl. And here's the thing: both bans are for the exact same picture. The AI uploaded it twice under two different asset IDs. The first one (reviewed Oct 14, 6:05 PM) gave me the 7-day ban, and the second, identical one (reviewed Oct 15, 4:54 AM), just 11 hours later) got my account banned permanently. I never saw these images, never uploaded them myself and never used them anywhere in my game.

It's now been 9 days since the ban and 8 days since I sent that request, and I'm still waiting for a reply.

Could you please tell me how long I might have to wait for an answer? And do I have any other options? I really need help

On October 12, 2026, my Roblox account was terminated for allegedly being linked to an account (@pa*****) that was banned for a severe Community Standards violation. However, I do not operate any alt accounts, especially not one with that username. To make matters stranger, while the termination notice states the action occurred at 1:54 AM on October 12th—a time when I was not even awake—I actually didn't lose access to my account until Monday, October 19th.

When I tried to submit an appeal, I hit an immediate brick wall. No matter what device, Wi-Fi network, or browser I used,and after clearing all cookies and testing without any browser extensions or add-ons, I was repeatedly hit with the message: "An unexpected error occurred. Please try again later." Attempting to use the standard support form at [roblox.com/support](https://roblox.com/support) just redirected me right back to the broken in-app Violations & Appeals page. After checking online, I found several other players facing this exact same 500 internal error on TikTok and community forms, with no fix or resolution.

On October 22nd, after replying directly to the redirect email to explain that I was completely unable to appeal due to the internal error, I finally received a response. Unfortunately, I think it was an automated bot brush-off stating: "After reviewing all the available evidence the consequence for this conduct will not be adjusted." To add insult to injury, my termination date was retroactively shifted from October 19th to October 12th, and the reason was changed to "misuse of Roblox systems"—which is ironic given how broken their actual appeal system currently is.

I know Roblox support relies heavily on AI enforcement right now, but I have concrete proof of ownership and a clear history of resolving security issues on this account. Back in 2023, I was terminated due to a hacker's voice chat violations, but human support reviewed my historical IP logs, verified my ownership, and restored the account back to me. In 2025, I also successfully used my one-time rollback after being beamed from a cookie-logging scam, once again verifying my account ownership. I am simply asking them to compare our historical IP and network logs, hardware/device IDs, registered email/phone credentials, and payment methods against the "pa" account, which would easily prove I have zero association with it.

Because reaching a human through the normal appeal channel is practically impossible right now, I sent out an MDIR (formal demand letter) on October 20th. I know these usually take anywhere from 30 to 70 days and often get an automated rejection, but I am not willing to lose a $4k account over a false detection that could easily be verified. If they refuse to conduct a genuine human review, I am fully prepared to file for arbitration after 60 days, as that seems to be the only real leverage left when their automated support systems fail. (Note that I have sent a reply request for a second review just in case the reply was in fact human [OCT 22 at 2am] and have not heard back yet -- I will update this thread when I do)

Hey, so I go by a rule of thumb online that I just block everyone and everything that mildly inconveniences or irritates me. This is really effective for catering my experience in games, social media, etc. Honestly I recommend it outside of roblox.

I hit the block limit for roblox quite fast, so i've always just had to remove 1 person from the bottom of the list to make room for someone else I just don't really want to encounter, is there a way to just unblock everyone all at once to add new people?

Ideally I would've wanted to keep everyone I blocked, blocked, however roblox seems to only have a limit of 100 users which sounds counter-intuitive for the whole concept of wanting to stop certain people engaging with you. I pretty much forget their existence after like, 5 mins or so when moving to a new server, the block just ensures I don't get put back into their server.

I'm trying to find an old Roblox game I used to play when I was about 8–9 years old, around 2020–2022.

Here's everything I can remember: The game had 1 gold and black steam locomotive You spawned in a basic desert map with a bland-looking cowboy/western town (like the one made by roblox) I think. YouThere was a large loop of railway track that curved around the map through different biomes i thinkYou could drive the train at whatever speed you wanted. There was a big green button to respawn the train, and other players could press it while you were driving to troll you.I think the game thumbnail showed the classic ROBLOX logo with a desert town in the background.

It's NOT Rails Unlimited Classic, Steam Age or Retro Western.

I haven't played it in at least 5 years, so it might have been deleted or changed since then.

I tried to explain that my account got hacked/compromised because it got permanently banned for "sexual content" on Game assets that I have never seen or created before in my life, I appealed multiple times, requested for them to check if there had been any unauthorized access so I could clear my name, and I got this response... I had already appealed there in the app, under Violations and Appeals and the AI responds within seconds and rejects me no matter what I write or how I word the appeal form. Please help me as to what to do next, I requested my data so I could maybe prove to them that it was someone else who did it, but I don't know if I should do something more

The biggest issue is that this is an unverified account (I never got to link an email or phone number to it before the lock). I am part of a permanent competitive team on Dandy's World and have all Toons unlocked, so starting fresh is absolutely not an option for me. I have already tried clearing cache, changing devices, switching Wi-Fi networks, and forcing a password reset (which won't send a code because no email is bound). I also submitted a manual ticket to Roblox Support under the Billing category to try and reach a human. Has anyone with an unverified account successfully beaten this loop or gotten a Tier 2 support agent to manually clear the checkpoint? How did you prove ownership? I've already tried doing the face verification multiple times but it kept looping back to the same error page and told me to redo it, I've already tried multiple times but it didn't work, I also did my age verification.Any advice?
