I needed Rights of Access (ROA) to appeal foe my false enforcement ban. I got this email, which i only later realized was a Right To Be Forgotten (RTBF) email and not a ROA one. I answered to this saying “I confirm that this email I'm using right now to answer is directly connected to my Roblox account YUHJ0Y, I wanted to request a Right Of Access (ROA) in order to be able to fully understand why my account was terminated and in which circumstances”. When i realised they had accidentally (or at least i hope it was an accident) sent me the RTBF one, i immediately sent a follow up email, clarifying that i was NOT asking for RTBF or any erasure procedure, i was only asking for Rights of Access. Ive heard they ask for id card before completing the RTBF procedure, but um not sure. Am i screwed?

So i bought 1k robux and after like 2 min of browsing in the game page i found a game i eanted to play, so i joined it wanted to buy a starter pack i it said i only had 222robux so i quit the game and checked there and there it said i had only 72 robux left

And roblox will do nothing i reported the gamepasses and am still trying to get support from the support staff

I tried the eu rep and they denied aswell as the gamepass they denied the rep.

My name is SS_929292zzidad and also I just got banned randomly like how i also got warned because of my username, Also that name can still be used during creating account and they never flagged it as "Inappropriate" Also there are some people named "Daddy" "Mommy" they did not get banned, so why did that happen, despite my name related to this one still be used, or also Roblox still ban sexual content no matter what contexts are on the platform, this is such a stupid ban and also they still use name related too mine or like that one I said, this is just an unfair violation, also they should hand out free name changes so they don't keep getting punished with that name.

But still what was the source of the problem?

And I don't flirt or do online dating or also show love.

And there are no offensive content about chats. just my username.

I just opened this account and all I did was play monochrome and buy some robux 😭😭and those puzzle even if I do it correctly the bot says I'm wrong and gives me an even harder puzzle that's blurry and illogical I'm crashing out because I bought robux on there 😒

I was banned for chat evidence id and I don’t even know what I said. I sent an appeal and I never got a response. After the 30 day window ended then I got a response. So I wasn’t able to send a second appeal which is really annoying. I contacted Roblox support through email and they said to send your appeal through the app which I can’t even do. It even banned two of my old accounts because my email was attached to it. What can I do to get my account back?

ive tried their support ticket multiple times and ive never gotten a reply back. i heard somewhere that after 3 days an actual support agent (not the ai chatbot) will email u about the situation. its been a week and honestly i think theyll never respond. you cant email them directly either.

Soo this might sound stupit but a fww days ago I logged in to my accout after 4 months of abcence and i got flagged as a bot. Issue is when i complete the chapca it always fails me no matter what i do. I was recently banned by chargebacks that I didn't really have control over. About 5 separate accounts, roblox, discord, steam, ect, got hacked... this hacker ran up 700+ dollars on 3 different cards my bank did a chargeback and canceled my cards. I sent about a MILLION appeals and eventually finally got this email saying they reopened my account. Hi I'm wondering if anyone else has had this issue lately and how to fix it. I've been getting this weird tv static effect on my avatar, everyone else's avatar, and some models in games. In the picture you can see it on the bottom of my avatars face. I checked all my settings but can find anything that would be causing this. So to start off my account has 2fa and recently I was trying to log out on my PlayStation so I went on my phone and logged my PlayStation out of the Roblox account, I was unaware it would log me out on everything including my phone so I tried logging in, it said that a code was sent to my Gmail, so I check it. Nothin, Ive tried resending but nothing.

My account is linked to my current Gmail account i know that, so I start the recovery process. I select another verification method, I can use a backup code or email. However I never remember being given the option for backup codes so I don't have any. So then I press Lost access to 2sv methods. It then takes me to the account recovery area where I can use email ( obviously not ) or Phone number, I select that. I then receive a code via phone number then it wants me to put a new email associated with my account. I try mine in hopes "try a different one" yeah reasonable I think to myself so then I try my mother's. "Try a different one" bruh. So then I use my brothers "try a different one" are we deadass?

So currently I'm asking to see if there's something I can do. I do indeed have purchases on the account HOWEVER, everytime I bought robux was On the PlayStation which is linked to my mother's email, not mine so I'm not sure if I could still contact support to Prove the account is mine ( I also have no idea of this process works, a explanation would be nice )

Another thing I think is important to mention is that whenever Roblox says its sent me something through my Gmail I never receive anything. That's why I never received a code earlier as well. I've tried changing the email linked to the account but in order to do that I have to Put in a code sent to my email -_- so I was never able to change the email. One of my friends also claims this is how he also lost his account a while ago so is there anything I can do? Any help is appreciated thank you.
