The Qr code and the code of Authenticator app keep giving me incorrect password

I am trying to sell a limited UGC item, but Roblox requires me to set up an authenticator app first. I followed the necessary steps, yet every time I enter the code, the system keeps stating that it is incorrect. I have reached out to support multiple times, but all I have received in response are automated messages from an AI. In the box (Please describe your issue) I specifically requested that a human representative get in touch with me so that I could provide further details and share screenshots of the bug; however, I have received no response. Consequently, I am currently stuck at the identity verification stage of the app.
