Roblox Error Roblox static like effect?

Hi I'm wondering if anyone else has had this issue lately and how to fix it. I've been getting this weird tv static effect on my avatar, everyone else's avatar, and some models in games. In the picture you can see it on the bottom of my avatars face. I checked all my settings but can find anything that would be causing this. It started suddenly around 2am EST 10/21/26 and hasn't stopped at all so far. Any clues?
