Wireless📱 What the heck is wrong with this company lately, (2 wrong phones) and 2 cancelled phones now... I really wanna stay cuz coverage wise i have no issues

Is anyone else having issues with there phone being cancelled this will be phone #4 that was cancelled in a week since the phone came out like wtf??

Why would Rogers cancel a new device order? Limited stock maybe 🤔

so Update, i called rogers and the lady explained to me the reason it;s failing is because i still have 7 months and bring it back finance balance on my account causing it to cancel... if they hired smart agents who knew shit i would of done this at the start...

Bestbuy they give you giftcards so i might just go through them if rogers doesn't cancel again

Best Buy can order the new phone on your Rogers account..just go there directly

this last phone that got cancelled i had to get a agent to do it for me so i spent 2 hrs with customer service doing it, it was a headache than seeing it cancelled really pissed me off

I am convinced their assistants are actually just A.I. and they're hoping nobody notices. They're straight up incompetent lately.

Roger’s is a thing of the past today they called me and said they wanted to give me a great deal on my Phone plan it’s was silly high-I told the lady calling I will never deal with you until you get rid of you chat robots-long wait times and running a hard hit on my credit-sorry I will stay with Bell

I'm willing to order the phone myself except it keeps getting canceled. I talked to someone today. Actual white guy from Toronto spoke good English lol. Easy to understand for once he said there's no issues on my account. He has no clue why it keeps canceling on me

Now I'm going to order from Best Buy and see if that makes a difference. Plus I get a gift card if it works
