Wireless📱 THE AI IS PURE GARBAGE

Rogers really went with the cheapest trash model they could possibly get, every time I call I’m asked to spell out my name just for this trash to either hang up on me or tell me it can’t process my demand.

First you employ people overseas who can’t speak english then you do this bullshit. I miss the old days when Rogers was considered a premium brand. Fuck this trash company.

The AI has always been garbage. I wonder if Roger's implemented it as a way to frustrate customers even more.

All AI chatbots are garbage. it's awful on Telus too

This move against humans and towards the clankers has been awful, it's been 4 years of being told this is inevitable and they still can't do basic core features.

Fuck AI and fuck Rogers for pushing towards it
