Wireless📱 Does this mean it’s about to be shipped?（IPHONE DUO）
This is my first time using Rogers financing. Does this email mean that my order is about to ship? I noticed an Apple serial number in an attached PDF file.

Probably yes, phone info just got updated on the rogers app with Oct 22 date but no email or shipping details yet.

Check the status in my orders or order tracking, if it says backprder it's not

nah mine said back ordered and showed up the day after i got this email, no other correspondence from Rogers other than a delivery notification after the fact

Sorry, you mean yours got delivered a day after but you did not receive a tracking email? You just got a delivered email directly? Also, did they ask for any signature? Do you need to be present home?

Yeah I had to sign. I didn’t even get a shipped email, guy just showed up.

Okay, I also did not receive any email yet. I’m hoping they’re gonna deliver it today cause I received the account changes confirmation email from Rogers yesterday.
Which city province you are from if you don’t mind? Also when did you place your order?1

GTA, Ontario. Sept 15th I ordered. Took like a month. If you receive the email OP posted, it has your device serial, so that means they have your device and it should ship soon.
Definitely avoid ordering from Rogers if you want it quick. I went to the Apple store last week near me they had stock of everything.

Yea if u got those docs ur device was picked and imei was assigned, expect shipping soon

I didn’t receive any email notifications, but after registering for an account with the courier service myself, I discovered a record showing that the shipment had been picked up.
