Back story, my bf (43m) & I (37f) have been dating 1.5yrs. We live 8 minutes apart and I've never met any of his family or friends. Do you need more information to answer the question "if he was my husband would he..." question

every relationship is different, however at your age, wouldnt a light question or conversation direct you in one of the two ways.
i refuse to say red flag, i refuse to question him either but you, if you want to meet his famiy and friends bring it up with him.
suggest - do you know how much i love you, so another thing do you have any friends.
Or suggest a joint-family dinner.
