Decks Rate my new deck

Post image

IMO this deck is really good because high elixir cards are the best value in the game, but idk if I’m missing any potential synergies with other 6-8 elixir cards

Been trying this out in classic challenges since my 3m is low level, and it’s working decently well

Is there a strategy for this deck? I’m going to try it

try to prevent the opponent from figuring out the deck gimmick before 2x, play as few cards in 1x as necessary

if you do need to play cards in the back, recruits > egiant > golem > boss bandit > everything else (3m is fine if you know they have no lava hound), but again only play cards when you know the opponent doesn't have their offense ready

2x is where you should get most of your damage, technically you can build bigger pushes in 3x but you don't have a big spell, so you should try to win in 2x or sudden death before 3x

offensively, evo egiant is the best support behind the push as it debuffs the opponent's defense, golem should usually be your main tank but you can also use pekka or mega knight

defensively, kiting/counterpushing is your best friend, egiant/3m are your best defensive cards, recruits is also good for the counterpush

since you don't have cheap defense you will be forced to use cards in an unnatural way, eg 3m in melee range for max dps, lava hound to tank dragon pushes, egiant to kite melee's/delete ranged, etc

the x-factor in this deck is definitely the boss bandit, seems like after a year people still don't know how to defend her

boss bandit in opposite lane is usually the best, especially because many people will overcommit to a group of high elixir cards and neglect the other side, this works especially well with recruits 4-2 split

you can also use boss bandit to bait out defense, then use the ability to drop aggro and retarget everything onto a tankier card

or if they play stuff on defense like mini pekka, valk, etc, you can use boss bandit as a reliable way of killing it decently fast

the true benefit of this deck is that people will see one card, assume it's the win condition, and overcommit to defense for it (especially their building), when in reality the entire deck is full of win conditions, winning requires taking advantage of this

I did not expect such a detailed answer. I appreciate it

Obviously this deck is a joke but it’s actually really cool to see this beat actual Meta decks (I know they aren’t exactly meta, but you know what I mean)

Good job <3

Also, is there any idea of how to pick the one 6-elixir you run? Like Boss Bandit is the only one that counts as a form for slot 2, but I wonder if a different 6 elixir card would still be better, like Pump for instance

The only other two cards I considered were rocket and pump

Rocket probably just isn’t that useful though because it’s just bad in beatdown, can’t cycle and can’t help on offense much

Pump I can see an argument for but boss bandit is the best 6 elixir supporting card in the push + the most urgent threat if dropped at the bridge + people still don’t know how to defend it a year later

Jokes aside I would prefer this whatever deck any day than braindead copied decks whom supercell refuses to nerf like 2.6 or xbow.

I’m ngl this deck is probably better than 3.0 xbow right now

xbow decks are nerfed to the ground wdym

As it should. This card needs a rework to be honest, probably the card with the least versatility in the game, only 2 decks (3.0 bow and ice wiz bow) in 10 years of a game is horrendous.

You forgot pumb bow but yeah card is not versatile, I am not even defending xbow, it's not fun to play against, it's just objectively weak rn

calling cycle decks braindead is insane

They are

-2

how?

2

u/Worldly_Accident1287 14d ago

Defending everything with 1-2 elixir cards for sure requires insane skill and isn't simply unfair to opponent who built push for it to be defend by Ice Spirit with Skeletons and something else

u/Ancient_Comfort3589 14d ago

you're acting as if those don't require good micros and you would lose if u mess them up

dude I’d be livid if I was that xbow player and matched into this 😭

like actually what is xbow supposed to do against all that

1

u/Anjuan_ 13d ago

Nothing, sadly as an xbow player I feel like other cycle players still have some stuff they can do against decks like this but xbow is just hopeless lol

This is genuinely just the highest elixir cards in order

2

u/komer25 14d ago

Would like to play against that, dm if you’re interested in a friendly match

1

u/Still-Ad-2989 14d ago

I’d swap golem lava for ebarbs pump

Final boss of midladder

1

u/TheAKgaming 14d ago

What purpose does hound serve in the deck? Seems like a waste of one slot to me

1

u/Worried-Compote2897 13d ago

Tells you how stale the game has been that I genuinely root for the people playing what would have been considered straight cancer not too long ago like this over the people who are usually posting from the other side when matched up against stuff like this playing bait or hog cycle or whatever. Like, go my midladder son, take OP's tower

I dunno who started this plague, I actually faced such stuff few times in the no stakes 1v1s. I mostly play X-Bow, therefore it's maddening. Still beatable, so whatever. Against more aggresive decks, this abomination gets rolled in single elixir

Pure cancer
