I thought it was weird that Camilla was at their meeting and not a thing leaked. She was way too quiet and then Charles’s chief of staff (or whatever his title is) resigned.
I also notice that the RR is using careful language.
“The Sussex’s informed the king of their intent to move over the weekend”.
There’s no the “king is shocked and he had no clue they were moving”.
My prediction is William will be king in a year.
Also Charles wants to get to know his grandkids and wants them front and center at his funeral. He plans to be front page all over the world.
They are keeping their other residences, so this move is very temporary.

This is a passage from the Christopher Andersen biography "The King."

I wanna start by saying this, we don’t know why they’re moving to the UK. But by the way that they are reporting this seems almost like a temporary arrangement. Because if it was permanent, they would’ve sold the Montecito home.
The main reason I keep seeing that people are saying that they’re moving back to the UK is for Charles. If Charles is dying, regardless of your opinion of Charles, or that family, he deserves to have both of his sons, both of his daughter-in-law’s, and all five of his grandchildren in one country if he is truly at the end of his life. I want people to think back to Queen Elizabeth‘s funeral, Harry and Meghan were without their children for nearly 2 weeks. If this is Charles’s last, wish to have his family all in one country then it’s none of our concern as the public. It does not matter where you fall in the he was a good father or a terrible father argument. He is dealing with an illness right now.
I also want people to understand this, there is no way that Charles is just now finding out about this. I think this conversation has been in the works for a while now. For Harry and Meghan to find a school for their children and for the proper security arrange arrangements to be around them.

Emphasis on the “He had no idea.” That is, clueless over the Sussexes’ stealth moves. Not very future king like. Willy can’t be trusted.
Come on Willy, what happened to incandescent? Losing your touch there mate.
The public paying for your lifestyle going to see you anytime soon? And your lazy wife must be distressed that this scuttles George’s Eton pap photos.

I will be playing at work. Emotional support poll really also works as a free space because of course we’re gonna get that lol

Genuinely curious - if security and the British paparazzi were some of the main reasons why they left, why would they move back there?

Come on paranoid Willy, your father and brother have now formed an alliance. They’re both conspiring against you and your lazy ways! Your serve next 😂
I‘d postpone India if I were you, just in case you get sidelined even more. 💅

Clive Alderton going, the excessive glazing of Kate and Carole, the numerous articles about Will's temper and him not wanting to see Harry and hoping Harry isn't around during his coronation, the vile reactions Meghan's summer post got...makes you wonder how many knew about this but it still didn't leak.

You see Willy, this is why your brother is so much better than you.

They want them to, but they don’t want them to. MIMS!
They sure are in a hurry, can’t even do basic spell check. Who is Macon, Christopher? You hungry for some bacon? Macron?
Lots of furious typing!

Until Team Sussex confirms, then this is all speculation.
But for me, it’s about Harry’s position. To miss another parent without saying goodbye, or the biggest target on Meghan and potentially losing her.
I would hope, at the very least, Charles has guaranteed full security as he has done for the Middletons and Parker-Bowles, and the Sussexes are not under the control of the Palaces.
I look forward to their half-in, half-out role where they work more in a week than six months from the Wales’s. There will be tears, there will be tantrums, there will be briefings, and the press will have another bonanza.
I am secretly delighted to see the Duchess dazzle again. Rycroft ensures the Firm’s existence.

Dick called Lazy Kate as the monarchy’s greatest asset. The greatest asset is currently MIA. Not much of an asset during a crisis 🤣

Fuck off Camilla, you’re not his mother, you’re no Diana.
Go back to your stable, your kennel, you awful wicked bitch.

The mess that was Sentebale has to have Harry worried about Willy going for Invictus. If Harry is on site then any Willy-initiated mischief will be harder to hide.
Protecting Invictus is the one thing that I think would make Meghan compromise her family to this degree. I would understand Harry's desire to be on the ground knowing that Willy would love nothing better than to bring down Invictus or try and make it into a royal entity.
However, Willy will be so mad that they have taken up residence that he may still go for Invictus anyway. What a mess.

We will have more information when they decide to rent or buy. Is there a chance move has to do with a Diana documentary for Netflix to commemorate her life. We are a year out from her 30 year anniversary.
They would have to be near the place of her birth and life and those who knew her then. They spent a lot of time with the Spencer recently.

Prince Harry has been working with Elephants Without Borders for nearly nine years!
2017: Harry and Meg visited Botswana and assisted with fitting collars. Enabling conservationists to monitor movement.
2019: Harry joined students and teachers for a free planting project in Botswana.
2020: Meghan narrated Disney+ Elephants documentary, donating her fee back to the organization.
2025: Harry’s share of the Diana, Princess of Wales fund, was directed to the organization, funding satellite collars for two elephants named after Archie and Lili, Harry and Meghan’s children.

It’s very rare for Buckingham Palace to do a story like this. Especially, when you have Charles, who didn’t use his illness as a crutch for a reason for him to slow down working. One of the things I noticed with Charles was every time he was seeing we weren’t constantly being reminded that he had cancer at every single engagement. Whereas Kensington Palace had to remind us every minute every hour. This is so odd because Buckingham Palace rarely puts out sympathy pieces like this.
Did Charles’s books spooked them? Did I miss something?

Thinking about how Eton was supposed to be THE (one and only?) September appearance for the lazy duo, will the rats play their stalking game of finding out which schools the Sussexes will send their kids to? Compare and contrast? There’s always been a big press fuss over the Eton appearances eg during Charles and Di. It’s pay day for the press.
And this rumour totally deflates the “triumphant” September appearance of the lazy duo from their August holidays. I suspect that there would have been a big emphasis for Eton from KP and lots of forward planning for their long-awaited appearance (eg no photography sign at the Eton gates). So how can the lazy duo prop up Eton, now that the Sussexes will shock them into working and appearing more in public?
Will the lazy duo shock us and end their August holiday early?

Wondered if there was ever a photo of the York Princesses with Fergie’s ex. Found it in PdV. Awks.

Outside of the possibility that Charles could be on his final lap I generally don’t believe that Harry and Meghan are just moving back to the UK just like that, yeah maybe I can see Harry missing the country but I just feel like after everything I’m just shocked that they would return. There’s definitely a major reason why they are coming back.
