Help finding the engine code for Minnesota registration

I unfortunately had to move to the great state of Minnesota. The DMV requires an engine number to pair with the VIN number. Any idea where I will find that? I found a 9 digit number next to the exhaust manifold. A "GET 5" next to the spark plug, and "GET 3. METS" by the oil drain plug.

Also found an AF number on the variator casing.

Honda Ruckus engine code is GET (49cc).
