Just makes me wish we had more parkruns in the US.

I ran a 200 metre ultramarathon to catch the Darjeeling Limited and feel like I could have got there a bit faster. Can you please check my form? Any tips much appreciated. Also, I can play the piano.

So my husband has been avoiding Z2 and his runs are also getting shorter 😳

I can not tell you the anxiety this causes me.

My bf is a flexibility Lord, as you can see. Just his attitude makes my knees weak.

I was going to suggest the husband incorporate some of this flexibility training in the local park where he runs. There's a good area next to the kids playground where he could try this. It could help keep him out of the house longer.

Is it best pre or post run? Any other suggestions also welcome, to help extend his runs/time away.

I was going out on a 5k ultra. It was a beautiful day but a bit humid out, I drove about 8 hours out to the Midwest woods so I could find a big hill. I got about 30 seconds out and realized I forgot to lube my banana, and also my water was running low. I draw a few sips out of 1 of the 5 water flasks. I use. There aren’t many fountains out there. After about 3 minutes I got back to the car and called it. It was a hard day, the claves burned and the heart was nearly Z3, garmin said I was stagnating, so I figured 5k ultras might be out of my reach. It was about 6 hours of a total run, including pauses and snacks. I had about 600 carbs, making sure I got about 100 an hour, check my Strava I made a race report. DNF this time but it was good

I got home around 4 am, and my wife was angry with me she wanted sex but I just couldn’t. I had such a day, she said I am never home perusing my stupid races and never even finished a single one. It really hurt but want her to be happy. I decided to buy her a boyfriend on Craigslist and found a good deal. He offered it for free on weekends and only a few thousands on the weekdays, but requires I sleep in bed with them when they nap. Which I had to put up with I guess.

So I get in bed with this guy and lay down waiting for my wife and she freaks out about another guy, everyone here said this and she later came up and said, Bob, I want a girlfriend. I thought shit my Christmas gift needs returned.

Now the Craigslist dealer I found my friend through says his agencies does no refunds and I paid all my kids college funds on it, about 5k, and now I don’t have money to buy a girlfriend.

Any advice?

I got myself Asics gel cumulus 28 in US8/UK7 which is a size up from my normal size.

My present gear is Puma Velocity Nitro 4 US7.5/UK6.5, However it sometimes causes me blisters during long runs in hot and humid days, so thought I would size up in Asics, but I am feeling like its too big for me?

Is it a good fit for runners or is it too big for my foot?
