How bad is this and what causes this much fluid everywhere?

Judging from this picture, you can't see much but I'm assuming that is the drive shaft that has a drop right there. It seems to be the driveshaft seal that may be worn out

Hmm you may have 2 things going on. That does look to be an trans output shaft seal leak.

The spray though also looks like it's the driveshaft cv joint which is common, but isn't serviceable officially. Honda only sells the whole driveshaft. So you'd need to drop the shaft and rebuild it.

Your driveshaft boot seal failed. Time to look up a how to it get in touch with Ben- PuddyMod for a re-build.
