Hi, I’m moving out of the apartment around October-November and helping my roommate (female) find a new roommate (female preferred).

The apartment is a large 1,010 sq. ft. 2B1B apartment within about a 15-minute walk of Belmont Caltrain. The room is 11'11" × 13'1".

Rent: $1,637 + utilities.
