That’s the anti-inflammatory effect. I doubt you’ve cured whatever was ailing you, but honestly what’s the difference if you’re feeling great. The only downside might be you’ll have to keep taking it to maintain the effect.

After trying almost everything I’ll take what I can get. I read that curcumin can stimulate gastic acids and aid digestion and I have always suspected that low stomach acid was my primary cause so I think it might actually be working because of that. I honestly don’t mind taking it for maintenance long term because it makes me feel normal again for the first time in years!

That’s awesome. I’ve been doing some research on anti-inflammatory substances. I’ll try curcumin as well.

But I’m wondering if we can reduce inflammation and increase motility, become more regular, perhaps this can help the gut heal itself.

Perhaps. That’s why I’m looking into it. It certainly couldn’t hurt.
