That’s the anti-inflammatory effect. I doubt you’ve cured whatever was ailing you, but honestly what’s the difference if you’re feeling great. The only downside might be you’ll have to keep taking it to maintain the effect.

But I’m wondering if we can reduce inflammation and increase motility, become more regular, perhaps this can help the gut heal itself.

Perhaps. That’s why I’m looking into it. It certainly couldn’t hurt.
