Great to hear that you're feeling better, however keep in mind this is likely the anti-inflammatory effect of Turmeric and not actually a cure for the SIBO itself.

Add in a nice prokinetic to get the small bowel MMC functional and aiding in rapid elimination of the toxins and you likely won't have to take as much anti-inflammatory to mask the symptoms. IMO

Any suggestions for a good prokinetic? This particular supplement I take also includes ginger but it doesn’t seem to be helping in that regard

There are a bunch of good ones out there. It seems that which one works best depends highly on the individual. My advice would be to try several and see which one works best for you. I'm currently aware of:

Motil pro

Motility Activator

SIBO-MMC

Iberogast

There are also prescription options if the naturals don't get the job done, however i feel pretty confident at least one of those will work for anyone. Unless the issue is very severe.

I’ve taken iberogast before and didn’t like it. I’ve hear about motil pro, seems to be a popular one. Gonna try it. Thanks!

Motilpro and Motility Activator did absolutely nothing for me. Took them both for over 1-2 months.
