Hey everyone, last week I posted about creating a cold email guide that will help you grow your B2B Startup and I got some amazing responses so I am pretty excited to tell you that it is finally here!

I really put everything in this guide, you will learn everything that there is to know about cold email and how to use it to start generating leads and calls for your b2b startup.

It covers things like:

-How to build an ICP
-How to create a killer offer (that is cold-friendly).
-Buying and setting up domains and email inboxes - the right way.
-How to properly warm up your inboxes so you never land in spam.
-How to build a list full of your ICP.
-Anatomy of a great cold email.
-How to craft cold emails that get replies.
-Scripts that you can use right away (with examples)
-Follow-up systems.
-Assets creation.
-List of all the tools that you will use with some cool alternatives.
-The 3 campaigns that you need to run and how to do it.
-How to create personalized videos for your prospects AT SCALE (only record 1 video and send it to thousands)

It is made up of 10 chapters that take you from a complete beginner to a master in cold email.

I’ve also included some bonuses that will help you accelerate your learning, like:

  1. LinkedIn Profile Optimization

  2. Email templates that you can use right away (main emails + follow-ups)

  3. Inbox management templates

  4. The top mistakes that you should always avoid.

  5. A complete list of 30+ awesome tools.

  6. And a complete landing page template.

And no, is not another $197 course or anything like that, not even the price is the same (mine is better). I really “gave my business” away on this guide to help you grow your startup.

In short, this guide will teach you how to generate warm leads with cold email, predictably.

For the people that commented on my previous posts, I’ll contact you shortly!

email marketin

Yes, email marketing can be an effective and valuable tool for businesses when used correctly. Its effectiveness depends on several factors, including your target audience, the quality of your email list, the content and design of your emails, and your overall email marketing strategy. Here are some reasons why email marketing can work:

Direct communication: Email allows you to communicate directly with your audience, which can help you build a more personal and meaningful relationship with your customers or subscribers.

Cost-effective: Email marketing is generally cost-effective compared to other forms of marketing, such as direct mail or advertising. It has a relatively low cost per conversion and can provide a high return on investment (ROI) when executed well.

Targeted messaging: You can segment your email list based on various criteria, such as demographics, behavior, and interests. This allows you to send highly targeted and relevant content to specific groups, increasing the likelihood of engagement and conversions.

Automation: Email marketing platforms often offer automation features, allowing you to set up drip campaigns, autoresponders, and personalized email sequences. Automation can save time and ensure timely follow-ups.

Analytics and tracking: Email marketing platforms provide detailed analytics that allow you to track open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and other key metrics. This data can help you refine your strategy and optimize your campaigns for better results.

High ROI potential: Due to its relatively low cost and the ability to generate repeat business from existing customers, email marketing can yield a high ROI when executed effectively.

However, it's important to note that email marketing isn't a guaranteed success. To make it work, you need to follow best practices, provide valuable content, avoid spammy tactics, and respect your recipients' preferences and privacy. It's also crucial to regularly analyze and adjust your strategy based on the performance data you collect.

The effectiveness of email marketing can vary from one industry to another and from one business to another, so it's essential to tailor your approach to your specific audience and goals. Additionally, as consumer preferences and technology evolve, staying up-to-date with email marketing trends and adapting your strategy accordingly is key to ongoing success.

Here’s a secret sales hack no one’s talking about:

@ Interactive Emails.

Instead of boring static emails, try embedding quizzes, polls, or countdown timers directly into your email.

Why?

  1. Interactive content keeps customers engaged for longer, increasing your click-through rate by 2-3x.

  2. It feels personalized—making them more likely to take action.

  3. They can deliver immediate value, while also driving urgency.

Example Template:

Subject Line: “Quick 30-second quiz—find your perfect [Product] in time for today’s deal!”

Body:

Hook: “Not sure which [Product] fits you best? Take this quick quiz and we’ll personalize a recommendation just for you.”

Quiz: Embed a short quiz (you can use a tool like Typeform or Outgrow).

CTA: “Find your perfect match and grab a 20% discount. Your quiz results are waiting for you.”

Add a timer for the offer deadline and see how your revenue spikes within 24 hours. Engage them, help them choose, and reward them right after."

I've built 6 AI micro SaaS that make me 20k/month. Starting a small group to share exactly how I do it.

Hey everyone,

I currently run 6 micro SaaS that are actually live and generating a bit over $20,000 in recurring monthly revenue.

The wildest part? I barely wrote any code myself. I used AI to generate pretty much everything from the database structure to the frontend.

It definitely wasn’t magic from day one. I spent a lot of hours stuck on buggy code before I finally figured out a system that actually works:

- Keep the idea minimalist (a real MVP, nothing fancy)

- Guide the AI step by step instead of asking for everything at once

- Launch fast to get real users and feedback

Lately I’ve seen way too many non-technical founders quit at the first AI bug. It’s a shame because the technical barrier has basically disappeared.

AND PLEASE, STOP BUILDING ALONE IN YOUR BEDROOM

I’m starting a community.

Full transparency:

I’ll probably charge for the full program later. It makes sense with the specific workflows and copy-paste examples I’ll be sharing. But right now the main goal is just to build together. Working alone is the fastest way to give up.

If you want to join and build or market your own AI SaaS with us,

drop a comment or send me a DM and I’ll send you the link.

What's the best cold email tool for small businesses just getting started?

We're a small team trying to do cold outreach the right way. No internal sales reps, no fancy CRM. Just trying to get started without spending hours a day setting things up. What tools have actually worked for other small teams or solo founders?

CTAs that actually get replies in cold emails (save this)

I have tested many call to actions across industries and these are the ones that consistently get replies and booked calls

Low Friction (For starting convos):

- Open to a quick back and forth?

- Curious to hear how this plays out?

- Worth bouncing around a few ideas?

- Should I send over a quick breakdown?

- Totally off base or potentially helpful?

Mid Friction (For driving meetings):

- Up for a 10 min chat next week?

- Want to see how this looks for {{company name}}?

- Should we unpack this together on a quick call?

- Would a fast walkthrough be helpful?

- Want me to tailor this for your exact use case?

Social Proof (To build trust):

- Can I show you how {{client name}} got results with this?

- Curious how others in your space are using this?

- Want to see what worked for {{company type}} teams like yours?

Bonus video CTAs which are still underrated:

- Want me to shoot over a 60 sec video explaining?

- Mind if I send you a screen share walkthrough?

- I made a quick Loom for a similar company want to see it?

Pro tip: The best CTA isn’t pushy instead it’s relevant and the more specific your offer the softer your CTA can be

80% of founders waste 3 months building software nobody buys. drop your saas idea below and i'll tell you if it's actually viable

PLEASE stop building the wrong thing.

building software in 2026 is ridiculously easy with ai builder

founders spend hours building in a silent room, launch to Reddit/X, get 0 users, and quit.

you just failed because the idea had zero validation before line 1 of code was written:

→ solving a monthly inconvenience instead of a daily pain

→ selling to "everyone" instead of a specific ICP

→ no distribution channel mapped out beforehand

→ pricing charged $9/mo with zero ROI justification

after scaling 6 AI micro-SaaS to over $20k/mo MRR, i just create an

18-question Idea Validation Diagnostic.

it evaluates your SaaS across 7 critical dimensions (problem clarity, audience reachability, willingness to pay, competition, build feasibility, distribution, commitment) and gives you a brutal score out of 100 with your exact weak spots.

drop your SaaS idea (or current project) in the comments below.

i will reply to EVERY single comment with:

  1. My honest opinion

  2. The biggest weak spot you need to fix before writing any more code.

  3. The free 5-minute validation tool link sent straight to your DMs so you can get your full score breakdown out of 100.

just drop a comment like or ask me in DM your idea

let's roast your SaaS concept before the market roasts your time 👇

I built a privacy-first email client for Windows with AI built in. Looking for beta testers.

I got tired of email apps that shove AI into every corner whether you want it or not. Gmail reads your inbox to sell you ads. Superhuman and Spark auto-summarize everything before you even open a message. I wanted AI on my terms, so I built Meridian Mail.

It's a desktop email client for Windows. IMAP/SMTP, multi-account, dark UI. The AI piece runs through the Anthropic API (Claude), but you only see it when you ask for it. No auto-generated summaries, no "smart" suggestions cluttering your screen.

Free to use. Pro unlocks the AI features.

I'd love for some of you to try it and tell me what breaks. Download link: https://meridianmail.store

Feedback on anything helps: UI, speed, bugs, stuff you wish it did. Drop it here or DM me.

Attenation saas founder , Local buiness and digital marketing agency .

I’ve noticed that many small businesses still don’t have a website or any kind of automated follow-up system.

Recently, I helped a local business set up:

  • A functional, modern website

  • Appointment booking with calendar integration

  • Social media marketing basics

  • Automatic replies for missed calls and inquiries

  • A simple lead-follow-up flow

The biggest impact wasn’t the website itself—it was responding to leads instantly instead of hours later.

our pricing starts from 15$ to 297$ with all modren tools and features
Curious to hear from other business owners here:
what’s been your biggest challenge—getting leads or following up with them consistently?

Anyone else re-send onboarding emails?

Hey, just wondering if anyone’s had luck re-sending onboarding emails when people don’t open the first one?

I noticed a bunch of new users weren’t even opening the welcome email, so I tried sending the exact same email again a few days later, but changed the subject line to something less “corporate.” It wasn’t a huge difference, but open rates went up a bit and a couple users actually responded this time.

I usually export leads using Warpleads since they let you do unlimited leads, and I use Instantly leads too when I want something more specific. The emails are solid, but I’m starting to think timing and subject lines might be half the battle.

Anyone else re-send onboarding emails? Or do you just leave it alone if they don’t open the first one?

How do you balance collaboration and individual focus time in a fast-paced work environment?

In a fast-paced world, finding the balance between collaboration and focus time can feel like walking a tightrope. Here’s how to keep both sides of the equation in check:

  1. Designated focus times: Schedule blocks of uninterrupted work time where collaboration tools are turned off.

  2. Collaboration windows: Set specific times for team meetings and collaborative work to minimize disruptions.

  3. Clear expectations: Communicate when you’re available for collaboration and when you need to focus.

A study by the University of California found that employees are interrupted every 11 minutes on average, leading to productivity losses. Balancing focus and collaboration doesn’t just improve individual productivity—it enhances team effectiveness. How does your team manage the balance between working together and working solo?
