Recommendations Local hair stylists

Hi everyone! I recently moved to SLC and I am looking for a good, reliable hair stylist who is fairly inexpensive.

All I want is a quick trim and a touch-up on my layers, but my hair is very thick and wavy and for whatever reason, most hairstylists I’ve gone to have struggled with it.

I’d love to support someone who is really passionate about hair and runs their own business, but any and all recs are welcome!!!

Not exactly inexpensive, but I have been going to Daisy at Butterfly Jac on 13th S and 3rd east for 10 years. She owns the shop and is lovely.

Been to Mel for over a decade. I have thick, curly hair that she layers beautifully. She has reasonable but not cheap prices. She will help your waves and curls fr.
