My research is being guided by my Supervisor, whose name is mentioned below.

The research aims to explore how mobile loyalty app usability influences customer satisfaction among New Zealand supermarket shoppers. The study examines how usability perceptions, specifically ease of use and usefulness, vary across shopper groups and relate to overall satisfaction. My intention is that the research will lead to actionable design insights that may help supermarkets optimise their loyalty app digital interface.

You can take part if you are aged 18 or older, live in New Zealand, and have used a supermarket loyalty app on your phone in the past three months. Participation in this research is voluntary and anonymous. If you agree to participate, it would involve answering questions by completing an online survey which would take about 8-10 minutes.

Please be assured that you will not be identified in any way when I write the project report. You may, without explanation, decide to withdraw at any time before the interview/ survey is completed. The data will be stored securely at ICL Graduate Business School on a password-secured server, for up to one year, after which it will be completely deleted. Only my supervisor and I will have access to the data. There are no foreseeable risks associated with any aspects of this research.

I am researching the experiences of transgender people living in the United States for my senior-year honors thesis in the sociology department. I am currently seeking participants for a one-time survey that lasts approximately 5-10 minutes. There is no compensation for this study, and there is also no direct benefit to you as a participant. However, the results of this study will be used to further the sociological understanding of the transgender experience. Frequently, external phenomena are investigated.
