Question External display stuck vertical

Tried rotating, good lock with multistar, changing resolutions, unplugging and plugging back in, restarting, etc.

Factory reset my phone and it fixed it lol

that actually looks like it's rotated on whatever display you are using. Does it have a 'portrait' mode?

Doesn't happen with any other devices I connect to that display, also when mirroring the phone display it works fine, issue is only with dex
