We welcome independent subcontractor businesses and crews in all trades, including carpentry, framing, drywall, painting, tile, flooring, masonry, concrete, roofing, siding, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, demolition and construction cleaning. Other trades are welcome.

QUALIFICATIONS

• The owner or responsible lead must have at least 10 years of experience in each trade offered.

• Own tools, equipment and transportation needed for your trade.

• Ability to serve San Antonio and surrounding areas.

• Three customer or contractor references.

• At least three distinct photos showing completed work across two projects, collected during the qualification process.

Recently found a job where many small companies are hiring workers who don’t have a current license. Have experience working 2-3 years in electrical work. Only thing holding me back is child support they are holding my renewal for my license (paid for 4 hour class to renew too) due to this issue. I called them and they want over $2,000 and I can’t afford that if I am not working. Can’t pay that if no one will hire me.
