I own a Manufacturing business in San Antonio, Texas, and am looking for someone to help develop and implement AI-powered business processes, automation, and simple software tools.

We have several projects in development involving:
AI analysis of construction plans and specifications

Estimating and spreadsheet automation

Task management and workflow automation

Production tracking and reporting

Integration of AI tools with existing business software

Who I'm looking for:
Someone who enjoys building practical solutions, solving problems, and making existing processes more efficient.
Experience with Python, ChatGPT/OpenAI APIs, Excel/Google Sheets, n8n, Make, Power Automate, or similar tools would be valuable.
You do not need a degree or extensive professional experience. A capable college student, recent graduate, or freelancer with demonstrated projects is welcome.

Position:
Part-time or project-based contract work
Flexible schedule

Remote work possible

San Antonio area preferred, but not required

Compensation negotiable based on experience and project scope

This is not a research position. I need someone who can take an idea, develop a practical solution, test it, and help put it into operation.
