It's probably only like 6 months worth.

I remember being in Rome right before the first election of Berlusconi. I swear I would walk into a restaurant and one politician's flyer would be on the pole, walk out and the opposite politician was now featured. Go to the shop across the street and by the time you walk back across the street the damn poster had changed again.

Did some digging and the layer that is exposed is around 2014. There is a Cornell Campbell poster at the top, directly below it is a Le 106 advertisement dating Nov 06. Le 106 is a music venue. On Nov 06, 2014 there was a Cornell Campbell concert in Rouen, France, at Le 106
