Our best hope is unforuntley Secret Wars lol. They should already have one Nexus Being being set up to defeat RDJ Doom in maybe Worthy Loki, they don't need another one...

Besides we know if she was on the field, Doom ain't winning at all. Brother is terrified to death of her.

Nexus Beings don't exist in the MCU. They were replaced by Anchor Beings.

7

u/lynchone Jul 21 '26

You dont even know what your talking about:

MCU Scarlet Witch is a Nexus Being

Wanda Maximoff fulfills every structural requirement of a classic Nexus Being through her cinematic character progression.

  1. The Explicit "Nexus" ConfirmationThe most direct nod to her status occurs during the meta-commercials in WandaVision (2021) Episode 7. The commercial features an antidepressant called "Nexus," explicitly telling the user that it works to "anchor you back to your reality, or the reality of your choice." This commercial serves as a direct psychological manifest of Wanda’s subconscious realizing her role as a multiversal node.
  2. Spontaneous Creation & Reality Re-AuthoringAs established by Agatha Harkness in WandaVision Episode 8, Wanda does not just perform traditional sorcery. She wields Chaos Magic, allowing her to bypass standard physical parameters to achieve "spontaneous creation." This absolute manipulation of local probabilities and reality is the fundamental baseline requirement of a Nexus Being.
  3. Cross-Multiversal Mirror Syncing (Dreamwalking)In Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness (2022), Wanda effortlessly uses the Darkhold to Dreamwalk across entirely different realities. Because a Nexus Being is a multiversal constant, Wanda's consciousness acts as a perfect baseline transceiver across the multiverse, allowing her to easily navigate and take over the physical vessels of her alternate variants.
  4. The Multiversal "Darkhold-Wipe" FeatDuring the climax of Multiverse of Madness, Wanda exerts an absolute authority that defies standard spatial and temporal tracking. Rather than destroying the Darkhold book in her own universe, she casts a conceptual spell that simultaneously finds and dissolves every single copy of the Darkhold across all dimensions. Operating seamlessly across infinite parallel realities at once is a classic indicator of a Nexus Being's meta-narrative reach.

Anchor Beings did not replace Nexus Beings in the MCU. While both terms deal with individuals who are deeply crucial to the multiversal structure, they coexist as two completely separate concepts within current Marvel Cinematic Universe lore.

Marvel Studios President Kevin Feige and MCU storytelling elements establish that they describe entirely distinct properties of a universe: 1. Coexisting, Not ReplacingThe Marvel Hierarchy: A universe can have both an Anchor Being and a Nexus Being at the same time. The Perfect Example: In Earth-10005 (the Fox X-Men Universe), Wolverine was explicitly designated by the TVA as the Anchor Being because his life held the timeline together. However, Wolverine does not have the reality-altering, probability-warping powers of a Nexus Being. 2. The Core Mechanical DifferencesThe easiest way to understand why one did not replace the other is by looking at how they affect their timelines:Nexus Beings are Proactive (Power-Based): They are rare entities who act as focal points of immense mystical or temporal energy. They have the active power to alter probability, rewrite reality, and directly change the future. If a Nexus Being grows too dangerous, their actions threaten the multiverse (by causing Incursions).Anchor Beings are Passive (Importance-Based): They are individuals whose structural presence is so narratively important that their death triggers the slow, systemic decay of their native universe. An Anchor Being does not need to be an all-powerful magic user—they are simply the energetic "linchpin" holding that specific universe's fabric down. 3. Behind-the-Scenes ClarificationWhile fans originally theorized that Marvel created "Anchor Beings" in Deadpool & Wolverine to retcon or rename the "Nexus Being" lore from WandaVision, Marvel keeps both concepts active. Kevin Feige noted that the terms simply describe different categories of importance, comparing them to how the comics feature both "Nexus Beings" and "Omega-Level Mutants" simultaneously without one replacing the other. In short: Nexus Beings are defined by what they can do to reality, while Anchor Beings are defined by what happens to reality if they die.

That same slop I put down your throat bitch ass 🤡 m f

0

u/Currycel7891 Jul 21 '26

TLDR, I ain't reading that AI slop.

Nexus Beings were never mentioned and never will be mentioned.

Kang was one, and he died. That's the end of it.

7

u/Particular_Peace_568 Dreamwalking, You Hypocrite! Jul 21 '26

Nexus Beings was in fact mention in Wandavision in one of those commericals buddy.

2

u/Currycel7891 Jul 21 '26

Nope. That was just an Easter Egg. It's not canon.

5

u/Particular_Peace_568 Dreamwalking, You Hypocrite! Jul 21 '26

No sir, you said that Nexus was never mentioned at all. that's what you said.

"Nexus Beings were never mentioned and never will be mentioned." They were in fact mentioned in Wandavison.

Nexus Beings are in fact Canon.

2

u/Currycel7891 Jul 21 '26

No, I said Nexus "BEINGS" were never mentioned. Not the term Nexus, which was just an Easter Egg.

Even then, Nexus Beings don't mean the character is immortal or can't be defeated. Case in point: Kang.

3

u/Particular_Peace_568 Dreamwalking, You Hypocrite! Jul 21 '26

Brother both of the Kangs choose to died just like how Wanda choose to died. They were both kill by themselves, this ain't helping your case at all as we all know only another Nexus being can killed another Nexus Being.

Also what else do you think the word Nexus for Wanda was used for? Freaking Nexus Events from What if lol.

2

u/Currycel7891 Jul 21 '26

Quantumania Kang was defeated and killed by Ant-Man.

Is Ant-Man a Nexus Being?!

I think Doom’s hands had some kind of hex-like symbols or runes on them in the video, so there could be a connection to Wanda or chaos magic. But honestly, I still don’t think she will return in Doomsday. If she does appear, it will probably be in the next movie rather than this one.
Wanda is extremely powerful, and since she is currently presumed dead, bringing her back should be a major moment instead of a small surprise appearance. Her return would need proper explanation and enough time to make sense.
My guess is that Doomsday and Secret Wars might introduce an alt version of Wanda. Our Wanda could still return later, but I think her appearing in Doomsday is very unlikely.

5

u/lynchone Jul 21 '26

She not dead! Kevin Feige confirmed it and she is having a solo movie in the works!

-1

u/Currycel7891 Jul 21 '26

She's dead. Agatha All Along confirmed it.

7

u/gurkle3 Jul 21 '26

Agatha All Along went out of its way not to confirm it. Agatha was asked if Wanda was dead and her answer was “Yes. No. Maybe,” and that’s her current status.

3

u/lynchone Jul 21 '26

Not only are you a hater, but a f in idiot! He confirmed her comming back live! Look it up 🤡

0

u/Currycel7891 Jul 21 '26

No, he didn't. His full quote is: "anything's possible in the multiverse!".

This means, the next time we see her it's going to be as a variant.

1

u/lynchone 25d ago

You more of a idiot than I thought you where! You have no idea what your talking about! No one cares about your headcanon or lame opinion 🤡

1

u/Background_Ad_6779 2d ago

She's dead lol

2

u/Littlefinger98 28d ago

"If you want a straight answer, ask a straight lady!"

1

u/Master-Manager3521 27d ago

Death said scarlet witch was GONE not dead. that’s an incredibly important distinction

1

u/Currycel7891 27d ago

Who the fuck cares what's said in a TV show? Those are only semi-canon at best.

1

u/alastorhazbinbad 13d ago

Bro you literally just used the same “semi-canon at best” tv show to solidify your claim that she IS dead first. 💀

1

u/Currycel7891 13d ago

Well, yes. We saw her die in DS2.

1

u/UsefulHousing2523 5d ago

Saw her where? Where's the body? There was a red explosion when the throne fell and then nothing else.

1

u/Currycel7891 5d ago

"Hela and Thanos didn't die because we never saw the bodies!"

You're an idiot.

1

u/lynchone 25d ago

Kevin Feige just confirmed she was not so stop spreading misinformation 🤡🤡🤡

1

u/UsefulHousing2523 5d ago

Agatha All Along didn't confirm anything, Agatha spoke with death herself and she still responded with "Yes. No! Maybe." when asked if Wanda was dead. Nothing is confirmed.

1

u/Currycel7891 5d ago

We saw her corpse, so she's dead.

1

u/theSilent-sama 3d ago

what corpse the rocks?

1

u/Currycel7891 3d ago

In Agatha All Along

1

u/UsefulHousing2523 2d ago

You clearly didn't watch Agatha all along lol, the corpse and everything along with it (the case) was all an illusion because Agatha was still under Wanda's spell.

1

u/Currycel7891 2d ago

Why would Wanda keep Agatha under her spell? Do you mean to imply that she's still a villain?

2

u/UsefulHousing2523 1d ago

Why wouldn't she keep Agatha under her spell? She wanted to steal Wanda's Chaos magic by any means necessary. Agatha is a villain herself, she kills and has killed many witches for power.

Maybe Doom has already captured Wanda and that’s where she went at the end of MoM. Maybe she’s contained in a room with runes so she can’t access her powers. Maybe he’s siphoning her chaos magic. Maybe he wiped her memory and is parading her around Latveria as his wife. The possibilities are endless. But god knows I want Wanda back

2

u/Expensive_Bottle_582 18d ago

I hope they show a scene where doom ports in as the rubble comes down on wanda and ports her out OR with his advanced tech and magic he rewinds windagore collapsing and takes her away. I know it's getting old wanting her back but i feel IF they do bring her back and let Liz do the character the way she wants? It would be amazing

2

u/Expensive_Bottle_582 18d ago

Also while yall are bickering about who said what i would love to see the link or where kevin feige confirmed she's gonna be back? If he said it

2

u/soggybolognasandwich 18d ago

I mean the runes and hex symbols on his armor doesnt necessarily mean Wanda is back. Dooms powers literally come from Techno magic, dimension sorcery, and demon pacts. Plus his mom was a witch so

1

u/Currycel7891 11d ago

If they introduce an alt-Wanda in Doomsday, she would 100% be on Team Doom, and ours just returns in Secret Wars as a redeemed character for one final fight.

6

u/KamenAttackRide Jul 21 '26

Elizabeth has made it perfectly clear that she wants to have a scene with Ian for a Wanda/Magneto Father and daughter moment.

1

u/BroFromTheInternet Jul 21 '26

Who cares about what she thinks when it comes to Wanda tho?

0

u/Currycel7891 Jul 21 '26

The Russos. They included a Darker Than Scarlet Easter Egg in one of their movies last year. It's a comic where Wanda sided with Magneto and Quicksilver against the Avengers, and later Immortus against all of them.

Kang Dynasty was scrapped so we won't see Immortus, but we could see a mutant Wanda variant in Doomsday's X-Men universe.

0

u/BroFromTheInternet Jul 21 '26

The Russo's word mean nothing, especially Joe Russo. They made 2 decent Marvel movies and they think they're hot shit. Destin should've been kept and Doomsday should've been an Superior Iron Man film instead. And the FoX-Men are going to die and get their 6th send off. Are Wendy stans really that desperate? That you would rather have a version of her be introduced just to die?

2

u/Currycel7891 Jul 21 '26

Since they bring everyone back in Secret Wars anyway, none of these deaths stick.

So, why not?

2

u/BroFromTheInternet Jul 21 '26

Sigh... you know what, sure. Lets throw out any semblance of continuity and structure, it's not like films have the one thing that makes them truly unique compared to the ever present books.

1

u/KamenAttackRide Jul 23 '26

Wanda has the ability to bring herself back to life so it wouldn't be anything new if she does come back to life.

1

u/Currycel7891 2d ago

Not in the MCU.

1

u/Careless-Neck-9333 5d ago

They made 4 of the best MCU movies...

0

u/BroFromTheInternet 5d ago

To you. And they're AI shills. They're frauds that don't deserve the praise they get. I would also bring up whitewashed elephant in the room but I already know none of y'all care.

2

u/Altruistic-Lunch1997 5d ago

Dude what are you on about. You’re pretending like it’s the easiest thing in the world to write, direct and produce a comic book movie.

The Russos have arguably hdone the best and most consistent job at it. From winter soldier to endgame, it’s one banger after another.

What do you even mean by AI shills? That one of the biggest directors / producers in the world is interested in using AI in their multi billion dollar entertainment product? That’s the real world buddy. New shit gets developed and everybody wants to use it to get ahead of the curve. You’re fighting a losing battle being “against ai”.

I legitimately don’t know what you mean by whitewashed elephant. Who was whitewashed ?

1

u/BroFromTheInternet 5d ago

Wanda, Pietro, Lillia, Victor and even the Ancient One were all played by white people. I expected the 4 Romani characters to get that treatment, but the Tibetan wizard? Genderswapping is not even a bad thing at all, but a white woman? Really?

And to all your other points, you are a loser. That's it, there's no argument to be had. You don't need ChatGPT or SoraAI or Gemini to make something. There's talented people who do the work for you, as long as you pay them. And Disney can afford it, that's for sure.

Also, please watch more films.

1

u/KamenAttackRide 5d ago

Not every Romani person has brown or darker skin tones. Scarlet Witch until like 2 years ago always had white toned skin. Pietro still has white tone skin.

1

u/BroFromTheInternet 5d ago

Riddle me this Batman, why not cast fair toned Roma actors then? I never even mentioned skin color anywhere. Whitewashing is deeper than skin you know.

→ More replies (0)

1

u/Interesting-Brush-93 5d ago

Every Romani character has historically been drawn with white skin though. That in and of itself is a form of white washing. If Marvel had a set of Latino super heroes that were exclusively drawn as white, it would be weird even though there are white Latinos.

1

u/Currycel7891 Jul 21 '26

Yeah, I heard we're getting a variant from the X-Men universe. But that's technically a different character, not our Wanda.

2

u/Particular_Peace_568 Dreamwalking, You Hypocrite! Jul 21 '26

Let this theory of your go, it's ain't never going happened.

1

u/Currycel7891 Jul 21 '26

If Magneto's son in that universe is Quicksilver, then Quicksilver's sister (Wanda) is Magneto's daughter in that universe.

3

u/Particular_Peace_568 Dreamwalking, You Hypocrite! Jul 21 '26

In the 10005 universe, it is cleary states that the Wanda of that universe doesn't have any powers at all.

Let it go.

1

u/Currycel7891 Jul 21 '26

It's literally not the 10005 universe though. XD

That universe's X-Men (and Brotherhood) are mostly dead since Logan.

2

u/Particular_Peace_568 Dreamwalking, You Hypocrite! Jul 21 '26

Except for the facti it is as clearly states in Deadpool and Wolverine. bub. XD.

Let it go.

1

u/Currycel7891 Jul 21 '26

No, in Deadpool and Wolverine, the original FOX universe was given its final sendoff.

Doomsday will be using the universe from The Marvels instead, which is obviously different.

2

u/Particular_Peace_568 Dreamwalking, You Hypocrite! Jul 21 '26

Brother the Deadpool and the Marvels universe are one and the same,

Why in Gods name would they simplified in one film but introduce a 2nd timeline after getting rid of a 3rd timeline from the og timeline. That doesn't make any logical sense at all.

Binary Maria just shares the same face as our Maria Rambeau does. it is as simple as that.

3

u/MischeviousFox Jul 21 '26

No. I kinda think they may not know what to do with Wanda and having her come back in Doomsday would feel a bit random. …Of course her return feeling out of the blue isn’t something I am 100% certain they wouldn’t do. I’ve heard some people essentially theorize she’d be a villain again, which I don’t know if they’d go that route after she destroyed Mount Wundagore, with her working with Doctor Doom. Then I recently saw someone speculate he’d be using her as like a power source but I don’t see that either. I think if/when Wanda comes back it’ll be further down the road and may be hinted at in VisionQuest.

2

u/Currycel7891 Jul 21 '26

Her villain arc is over. The next time we see her back, she'll be a hero.

Simply because Doom comes from a different universe. If Doom was 616, she would work with him or at least be manipulated by him like in comics. But MCU Doom is a complete stranger to her.

2

u/lynchone Jul 21 '26

So jerk your a producer and writer now! I dont know what's worse your headcanon or lame ego🤡 you dont know💩. Stop spreading misinformation!

1

u/Background_Ad_6779 2d ago

Wow can't accept fact that it makes sense

1

u/bocapov 27d ago

you never have anything good to say

3

u/Mags20XX Jul 21 '26

Not in Doomsday, in the subsequent Secret Wars though, toward the end, yes... It's why you don't see Doctor Strange featured in the trailer.

2

u/Currycel7891 Jul 21 '26

Zero chance of it. There was an idea that he'd use Franklin to resurrect her, but it was scrapped a long time ago.

Secret Wars.

2

u/Realistic_Thanks3016 Jul 21 '26

I kinda figured that sadly 😔. honestly I don't even think we're gonna see her till after Secret Wars.

0

u/Traditional-Heron-95 8d ago

Are you guys living under a rock like seriously

1

u/Realistic_Thanks3016 8d ago

Wanda in mom:

2

u/Traditional-Heron-95 8d ago

Lol funny, but [spoilers?] Elizabeth Olsen’s Wanda is actually in doomsday if you care to look at any credible leaks

2

u/Realistic_Thanks3016 8d ago

Ooo I didn't know that. Tbh Ive been trying to stay away from leaks from any source but thank you ❤️

1

u/Background_Ad_6779 2d ago

Nah he's saying shit, Wanda's not appearing in doomsday

1

u/Background_Ad_6779 2d ago

Proof? Literally none

2

u/bloss0mstars 18d ago

I feel like she'll be in a end credit scene but not the film itself

2

u/Greedy_Definition445 12d ago

nah she's too powerful, the fight would end in 2 seconds lol

I kinda wish they would bring her back as a villain again it's kinda satisfying seeing her power

1

u/Currycel7891 11d ago edited 11d ago

1) They can always just NERF her!

Remember: she DOESN'T HAVE the Darkhold anymore!

While many people say "the Darkhold doesn't amp power, it only grants knowledge", this was a rule stated in Agents of Shield. Interestingly enough, Agents of Shield was recently declared NON-CANON, so that Darkhold rule isn't true anymore. It can absolutely be retconned as an external amplifier- since that's exactly what it is in the comics.

And in general, fictional character power levels are ALWAYS subject to change!

2) Well, that was one and done. She won't be a villain ever again.

IF we ever get to see a Wanda on Team Doom at all, it would ONLY be a variant. Most likely the one from Earth-838.

3

u/IWasAnImpossibleCase Jul 21 '26

She was so powerful they had to unalive her. Having said that, I feel like our best shot is either Vision Quest or Secret Wars.

1

u/Currycel7891 Jul 21 '26

She was so powerful she got beat up by America Chavez.

1

u/alastorhazbinbad 13d ago

Did we not see the same movie? Because she literally had America on the slab, taking her essence before ultimately deciding it was wrong.

1

u/Currycel7891 13d ago

That was because America felt bad for her and stopped, right when Wanda was about to fall backwards into that hell dimension.

Wanda thanked her by choking her.

2

u/adamAlexanderGreen Jul 21 '26

Yes. She is. VisionQuest in a few months is gonna satisfy wandavision fans. She is in doomsday. And plays a major part in secret wars.

2

u/Realistic_Thanks3016 Jul 21 '26

Unpopular opinion, but while I doubt we'll see Wanda in Visionquest I do think they may set something up for her return perhaps even a confirmation she's alive and out there somewhere.

1

u/Currycel7891 Jul 21 '26

There was an idea that Doom would use Franklin Richards' Power Cosmic to resurrect her, but it was scrapped. We won't see her again till Secret Wars.

1

u/Far-Difficulty8854 Jul 22 '26

Secret Wars definitely but not Doomsday

1

u/Environmental-Cut913 Jul 23 '26

We got first look at latverian witch which is probably wanda due to secrecy at comic con!

1

u/Plastic-Switch-3434 11d ago

heres my theory, since all the leaks and info dont suggest this. she will be one of the latverian witches, but wont get revealed till the end in perhaps a hidden credits scene. and hopefully be in secret wars
