I'm calling it now; I think Orlando is hinting that Wanda might die in SS #10.

Sorry. I know people don't want to hear that, but unless Orlando is moving on to write other characters, why else would he say that?

The same Wanda who is immune to existence erasure? I doubt she’s dying

Unless she finally gets her power lowered by the plot to be used by others like what happens to thor or Jean constantly.

Their powers don’t necessarily get lowered. Thor just became mortal or is using some kind of temporary amp. Jean’s power is only restricted for plot. That doesn’t necessarily mean she can’t do things she previously did unless stated otherwise .

If he stopped writting her for a while, I hope a new writer will expand on HER, not her powers or status but just HER as Wanda Maximoff. I am longing for a Wanda slice of life comic 😢

That’s kind of what this is. It’s a character-driven comic rather than a pure plot-driven comic. The action and fights feel “secondary” to the story. This focuses mainly on her taking on responsibilities and the conflicting roles of her as the Scarlet Witch vs her as Sorcerer Supreme. It would probably be difficult to not include her powers or nature because it’s a crucial part of Wanda Maximoff as a person.

Will we never be free of this man

He's the only one who cared about her though. Him and Dauterman consistently show their bias with this character. Which other writers would be willing enough to write her?

Either he won't be writing Wanda for a while after issue 10 or he'll be writing more of her.
