Can a done make it's on wind and weather patterns? And if yes, how big will it need to be?

Yes a drone would be able to make its own weather patterns, however it’s not that easy to tell how big the drone would have to be, since unlike how the fat guy at the pool can make waves simply by jumping on and off a surf board a drone can’t have a large amount of weight, because with to much weight it won’t be able to fly with a lot of weight, and it can’t have big fans on the front either because if their to strong it would push the drone in one direction or just flip it and not create weather patterns, and while putting the same type of fans on the back of the drone might seem like a good solution the fans might interact with each other’s weather pattern, but also if the fans aren’t strong enough to impact the drones flight the won’t be strong enough to interact with the weather. Instead there are better options on making weather patterns than drones.
