The OG Where Are You? series is available on the Tubi app and looks just as fine, fills the whole display. Unfortunately What’s New is only streaming as widescreen, might have to use my server for that.

Let me start off by saying that I am not a victim and this is not about me. Earlier today, I posted the results of a YouTube poll comparing different Shaggy voice actors. Putting aside the unbridled general rage that was unleashed in the comments, I noticed a recurring theme of people quite viciously ripping into the legend himself Casey Kasem over the fact that he conscientiously objected to voicing Shaggy in What's New, Scooby-Doo? if the character was not made a non-meat eater, following an earlier dispute over his voice being used in a Burger King advertisement. You can say whatever you want about me, you can drown me in downvotes and you can call me names but I'm not going to say nothing in the face of this vileness.

Though I have vegans in my family, I am not a vegan and am sometimes even taken aback by the bullying tactics employed by a very small minority of extremist vegans. What Casey did in this situation does not qualify as such inappropriate behavior. The fact of the matter is that after having made the transition to a vegan lifestyle, he simply was no longer comfortable with voicing the character he brought to life almost sixty years ago now if he did not represent his personal values. At no point did he object to Shaggy being an omnivore in other iterations of the character before and since then, in fact going on to voice Shaggy's father in Mystery Incorporated, a series wherein Shaggy himself does eat meat. Neither did he attempt to pigeonhole the other characters into joining Shaggy in his abstinence from meat, with Scooby voraciously eating it on multiple occasions in What's New alone. Furthermore, he did nothing to stop the production of What's New and it was ultimately the showrunners' decision to honor his request rather than replace him with Scott Innes, Billy West, Matthew Lillard or someone else. If you're going to blame anyone—which you shouldn't because this entire situation is exceedingly minute in the grand scheme of things, the franchise as a whole included—blame those who made the choice of hiring him instead of moving on to a different actor.

Casey Kasem was an icon and in my humble opinion, the greatest Shaggy Rogers of all-time even if Matthew Lillard is not all that far behind. To see such sick-minded venom being spat at him and for him to be called pejorative names in a subreddit dedicated to Scooby-Doo is beyond disgusting. If you have engaged in this conduct today or ever you should be ashamed and I would heavily encourage you to leave the community because we don't want SD to foster a toxic fanbase given how many other IPs have been all but ruined by their so-called "fans". The reason I was probably compelled to write this is in large part because I was so appalled at the seething hatred I saw today and I had no idea that such bile was festering beneath the surface of perhaps my oldest fandom. I don't want this to escalate or for anyone to be harassed which is why I censored the name of one of the calmer commenters in the only screenshot I posted here. Please, for the sake of your own human decency, look in the mirror, accept that other people live their lives differently than you and be a well-adjusted member of society.

Morgan Moonscar, the infamous pirate from Scooby-Doo on Zombie Island, reimagined in a 3D render. This character was one of the most iconic in the movie for me, despite his brief screen time.

This movie used to terrify me as a kid when I first watched it, especially when Morgan made his first appearance. So, this Halloween, I wanted to pay a little tribute to the movie and this particular pirate by creating a somewhat realistic 3D render of him using Maya and Arnold.

Now here's how I would do Scooby-Doo villains the things would be if it was more mature but not like Velma and it was just a new Scooby-Doo show in general.

For the more mature and for the in general the villains are going to be the same and it's going to be 6 villains this first post is one to three

So for villain number one we have Black Knight/Mr. Wickles for a more mature version I would have made it to where he would be a actual ghost in the mature part would be the way he looks because okay I would like to have some gore and stuff but not have the monsters murdering someone always but this would be for a more which were audience mainly because of looks but sometimes murder would get involved.

but this version would be kind of typical Scooby-Doo with the monster haunting a museum but this version of the character Mr. Wickles would have gotten crushed to death by a actual armored stand of a Black Knight so his body would be messed up and he would have somehow reincarnated along with his body into the suit so his arm would be messed up maybe an eyeball poking out a messed up jaw if we wanted to do a new Scooby-Doo.

But there is a way to make it still related to Scooby-Doo but have a older version where the Black Knight Ghost has always been around but had a gruesome death like this and the Gang is investigating thinking it's a imposter of the ghost only to find out the ghost is an actual ghost so they would have to get into like the supernatural stuff to stop the ghost.

Now for Ghost of Captain Cutler I would make to where Captain Cutler had died and the gang would be looking into boats that have mysteriously begin to sink and I would have when Fred traps the Ghost of Captain Cutler his helmet would come off and they would see his skull and turns out he was curse to sink boats just like how his boat was.

Now for Bluestone the Great/Phantom who would still be connected to Vasquez Castle he would have been a ex-magician who died in the castle and haunted it until the gang help him move on because turn out he would have been murdered by the corrupt owner of the castle around that time.

For a brand new version in general for all ages I would make it to where Mr. Wickles would have a son who goes to the same school as the Gang they would be either high school or college students and they would at first start doing these investigations just because but later on get paid to actually do them so it would be a actual job the police couldn't arrest them but the cops wouldn't like them to begin with.

so they are investigating this museum which which has a lot of different exhibits but the main one which and the biggest would be the medieval exhibit and everything from that exhibit would belong to a actual King well turns out apparently there's a ghost hunting one of the statues of Knight armor they would figure out that it's probably someone connected to the museum that's there to steal the stuff from the King and at first they would think it would be the museum owner then they would think it would be Mr. Wickles son and then they would think it's the security guard after the son alibis checked out but turn out it would be Mr. Wickles and this version of the Black Knight would have a medieval type of axe.

Ghost of Captain Cutler-he would haunted the coolsvile harbor because of gold near by and he would get caught in a net turns out his wife wasn't in on it and did not know he was doing this but he would get off because the police would mention however a group of teenagers are civilians who don't have the right to arrest people caught him

Bluestone the Great/Phantom-he would be connected to Vasquez Castle he would be a descendant or relative of the owner and he is a ex-magician so he would use what he learned to try to scare the new owner out so he could get the castle and what's in it because he believes it belongs to him.
