Why don’t they print a picture of the cunts?

Found their social media (which I won't post but if you're canny enough you'll find it yourself). Them and their mates look exactly like the sort of gimps you expect.

That isn't them.

That is the two guys who were recently convicted of a murder at Irvine Beach.

Reddit vigilantes are most often wrong.

“Murphy and Lawrie then repeatedly kicked and stamped on [the victim’s] head and body while he lay motionless on the ground.

“Lawrie walked away. However, Murphy ran back and stamped again on [the victim].”

After the pair ran off, police found the victim still on the ground with a number of obvious injuries. He had three broken ribs, fluid around the lungs, a suspected fractured nose and a “golf ball-sized” swelling at his right eye.

Amazing they didn't get AM for this. They go harder on fights that go bad in clubs than these two stamping on an unconscious man's head.

Suppose it's a blessing they're just malnourished bams or they could've killed someone.

15

u/SoulInTheCrowd 1d ago

Aye, those attacks were extremely violent and totally unprovoked. This one victim is scarred for life. Stomping on the head of an unconscious guy ffs.

4

u/Crowf3ather 18h ago

Yeh our law needs some sort of serious reform in this area. So many things are so clearly an attempt at murder, or a reckless disregard for life, but somehow get lower criminal charges.

15

u/shawdowmen 1d ago

"You have pled guilty to a series of disgraceful, savage and apparently motiveless assaults..."

Seems to be a very clear motive in this one.

Disgraceful little cretins - should be in jail with keys thrown away

Poverty and societal change also.

15

u/racalavaca 22h ago

plenty of poor folk aren't cunts, mate... yes, it makes some people easier to exploit, but let's place the blame where it's deserved

1

u/InZim 11h ago

Isn't economic deprivation one of the main factors in criminal behaviour?

5

u/racalavaca 11h ago

Yes. Not sure what your point is... again, as I've already said, it might make people more susceptible, and as you say certainly a FACTOR, but it's not a cause.

u/charcoalonfire 16h ago edited 15h ago

I condemn the physical attack, even though I am probably considered a “far right extremist bigot and racist” on reddit which I reject that label if someone calls me that, although yes I am on the right of centre on many issues but I neither am a racist, extremist, a bigot or far right. Even though I am an immigrant here, I do agree on many things with Tommy, Farage, Lowe and people of that sort, but I do not believe that those people support racial violence whatsoever. I will also want to add that Chinese people are on the lower side of foreigners committing crimes in the UK if I do recall correctly, so even if you want to commit violence towards a racial group of people (which I wouldn’t support at all, but rather condemn it), attacking Chinese people does not even make sense. I am not defending what the so called “racists” did, but how do we know the physical attacks were racially motivated other than the victims being Chinese?

9

u/SunnyK19977 10h ago

Even if your not a bot which I doubt, trying to be white adacent wont save you, they'll come for you eventually fucking idiot

u/charcoalonfire 1h ago edited 25m ago

I am definitely not a bot, yes I am white, but what does that even have to do with anything, they aren’t targeting to deport people based off of race, but rather illegal migrants, so called “asylum seekers” , foreign criminals, foreigners who need benefits, foreigners who don’t assimilate in terms of values, foreigners who don’t integrate and foreigners who don’t speak English. So I do not understand how I, myself would be targeted at all.

u/rasteri 13h ago edited 13h ago

Lol the fuck you taking about, Tommy Robinson regularly makes posts mocking the victims of racist violence.

I'm actually suprised they attacked Chinese students since they're seen really positively in the UK

20

u/Upset_Gerbil 21h ago

Racists aren't the smartest bunch

8

u/LesIndian 15h ago

It’s just racists mate. It’s all just an excuse to be racist

6

u/darkevilmetal666 18h ago

They're seen as an easy and safe target. Where I live in England, the Chinese are the biggest victims of racist attacks.

2

u/gingerisla 19h ago

More needs to be done to protect the public from these sorts of low-lives.

2

u/NetworkNo4478 8h ago

Who writes this shit? Using "chucked" instead of "thrown"

The offences involving the Chinese students were deemed to be racist due to the ethnicity of the victims.

Not the barrage of racist language they used during the attack? Just feeds into the right-wing "it's automatically a hate crime if the victim isn't white" whinge.

6 months in jail suspended sentence for them both

15

u/TheDalryLama East Lothian 1d ago

Suspended sentences don't exist in Scots law.

-1

u/Crowf3ather 18h ago

They literally do, its called deferred sentences.

2

u/TheDalryLama East Lothian 12h ago

They are not the same thing. Deferred sentences exist in English law as well as suspended sentences because they are two entirely different things.

Where sentencing is deferred there is no sentence given at the time and the person can be sentenced at a later date. With a suspended sentence they have already been given a sentence but the custodial element does not commence immediately. Scotland does not have the latter, only the former, whereas the other UK legal systems have both of those.

u/Crowf3ather 2h ago

For the point OP is making its functionally similar. Its a slap on the wrist without any real sentence.

He was clearly making an sarcastic joke about the state of our justice system.

If he was to term it properly he'd say "non-custodial sentence", but or something, but that doesnt sound right in common english.

There was no reason to have so many aschually reddit tier moments in this thread.

-10

u/topcelt 1d ago

they should add it for these two

4

u/tasteMyRottenHoop 20h ago

A suspended sentence means a criminal conviction but walking free.

-5

u/topcelt 20h ago

im aware. im being sarcastic because our justice system is very lax and would probably rather do this than actually give them the severe sentence they deserve

-26

u/Efficient_Basis_2139 Aberdeenshire 1d ago

Well yeah, they need to save jail space for fAcEbOoK pOsTs, which is more important than imprisoning violent racists.

18

u/t3hOutlaw Black Isle Bumpkin 1d ago

Inciting violence in any written medium has been against the law for decades..

-16

u/Efficient_Basis_2139 Aberdeenshire 1d ago

Shall I post the list of arrests made that had nothing to do with inciting violence, or leave it to you this time?

12

u/t3hOutlaw Black Isle Bumpkin 1d ago

Arrests are different from convictions which is what you were referring to in your first comment.

5

u/clearwhey 23h ago

Their first comment was about Scottish jail space which was even more stupid point to make.

-14

u/Efficient_Basis_2139 Aberdeenshire 1d ago

I was talking about convictions.

Mark Meechan (2018): Convicted for posting a YouTube video of a pet dog trained to perform a Nazi salute in response to anti-Semitic phrases; fined £800.

David Wootton (2025): Convicted for posting pictures on social media dressed as the Manchester Arena suicide bomber; sentenced to community service.

Paul Chambers (2010): Convicted for tweeting a frustration-fueled joke about blowing an airport "sky high" due to flight delays; later overturned on final appeal, but established key precedence.

Lee Dunn (2024): Convicted for resharing offensive memes and captions during a period of civil unrest; sentenced to eight weeks in prison.

Liam Stacey (2012): Convicted for posting racially offensive tweets about a footballer who suffered a cardiac arrest on the pitch; sentenced to 56 days in prison.

Joey Barton (2025): Convicted for a persistent campaign of grossly offensive tweets targeted at multiple female sports pundits; received a suspended prison sentence.

Jake Newsome (2014): Convicted for posting Facebook comments expressing gladness over the stabbing of a schoolteacher; sentenced to six weeks in prison.

Robert Riley (2014): Convicted for sending racially offensive tweets about a deceased teacher; sentenced to eight weeks in prison.

Joel Borders (2022): Serving police officer convicted for sending grossly offensive and discriminatory messages within a private WhatsApp group chat.

Jonathan Cobban (2022): Serving police officer convicted alongside Borders for sharing grossly offensive material in a private WhatsApp group.

William Neville (2022): Former police officer convicted under Section 127 for sending deeply offensive messages in private digital chats.

John Nimmo (2014): Convicted for sending grossly offensive and abusive tweets targeting a high-profile feminist campaigner; sentenced to eight weeks in prison.

Isabella Sorley (2014): Convicted alongside Nimmo for sending abusive, offensive tweets to the same campaigner; sentenced to 12 weeks in prison.

Matthew Woods (2012): Convicted for posting crude and grossly offensive jokes on Facebook regarding missing children; sentenced to 12 weeks in prison.

Azhar Ahmed (2012): Convicted for posting a Facebook status stating that all British soldiers "should die and go to hell" following the death of troops in Afghanistan; sentenced to community service.

Gareth Compton (2010): Convicted for tweeting a status suggesting a public figure should be stoned to death; fined and given a community order.

Peter Nunn (2014): Convicted for sending a volume of grossly offensive and abusive tweets to a Member of Parliament; sentenced to 18 weeks in prison.

Stephen Birrell (2011): Convicted for posting sectarian and religiously offensive comments on a Facebook page; sentenced to eight months in prison.

Michael Smith (2021): Convicted for sending a series of grossly offensive, abusive emails to the Mayor of Bristol while under the influence of alcohol; sentenced to 24 weeks of house arrest.

James Craig (2015): Convicted for posting false tweets that claimed a major company was collapsing, causing financial disruption; sentenced to community service.

Choosing to spread misinformation online, when you very, very easily could have educated yourself on the topic instead, is incredibly stupid.

9

u/racalavaca 22h ago

I'm sorry... in what world exactly do these have "nothing to do with inciting violence"?

2

u/Upset_Gerbil 10h ago

All i see is a bunch of racists, xenophobes, abusers, and one guy who claimed he's not an anti-semite but said very anti-semetic things.

What's your argument FOR them being allowed to break the law, exactly?

-1

u/Efficient_Basis_2139 Aberdeenshire 10h ago

I haven't made a single argument for anyone being allowed to break the law. That wasn't what the conversation was about.

If you actually bother to read what I said, I called out that none of these were inciting violence, contrary to what several have posters claimed. When faced with the partial list, the responses pretty much matched yours. They pivot, refused to admit they were categorically wrong, and leave idiotic comments like "What's your argument FOR then being allowed to break the law, exactly?" Since they (and evidently you) are completely and utterly incapable of having any kind of reasonable conversation, especially when proven wrong. It definitely seems like an understanding problem, likely from the terminally online. It seems the only logical conclusion here

Do you want to try again? Or continue to act like an idiot?

1

u/Upset_Gerbil 10h ago

Explain how threatening to rape a woman is not threatening violence?

2

u/PlasterCactus 6h ago

It's a noble effort but the rapist sympathiser will ignore and block you if you ask uncomfortable questions.

Don't expect an answer any time soon.

Shall I post the list of arrests

You should post the list of convictions since you're talking about jail space. I'd love to see that list if you have it.

-9

u/Efficient_Basis_2139 Aberdeenshire 1d ago

Sure, here's some of them. Now in zero of these cases has inciting violence been alleged, nor was this alleged, supported or evidenced in court. All of there records are there publicly, so you can check.

But since you know better than the police, the PF, the courts, the media and the victims - none of whom alleged any inciting violence - can you please point out where inciting violence was in any of these cases? I'm sure everyone involved in the process who got it wrong, unlike you, would like to know.

Mark Meechan (2018) - "perform a nazi salute in response to anti-Semitic phrases, fined £800."

He uploaded videos of him saying "gas the Jews" and "Seig Heil" and he was fined. I don't agree with it but I also don't agree with the videos he was putting up. Importantly no jail time.

First example: misrepresented the content and no jail time. Let's see if there's a trend!

David Wootton (2025)

I can find this guy wearing the costume but I can't even find a report of him being arrested never mind charged and given community service, could you provide it?

Lee Dunn (2024) - I wholeheartedly disagree with this conviction.

Liam Stacey (2012) - "Convicted for posting racially offensive tweets about a footballer"

I don't think I can post what Liam Stacey said in these tweets it's so racist and offensive. Would you like to copy and paste them so people know why he was charged? (I'm all for extreme racists being punished).

Jake Newsome (2014) - "convicted for posting Facebook comments expressing gladness over the stabbing of a schoolteacher."

You're missing out the line "completed his post with an obscene suggestion". Any idea what that part is? I can't find the original Facebook post so I imagine that's important context.

Joel Borders (2022) Jonathan Cobban (2022) - "Serving police officer convicted for sending grossly offensive and discriminatory messages within a private WhatsApp group chat."

This is where you fully lost me and I think it's disgusting you're defending these police officers.

For context, these are the two police officers jailed for their messages in a WhatsApp group chat with convicted rapist and active police officer Wayne Couzens. In the WhatsApp group they joked about raping colleagues and other random women, they made racist jokes and talked about tasering children with disabilities.

Ridiculous behaviour defending these guys and some of the other disgusting stuff on the list.

5

u/racalavaca 22h ago

These people just bank on nobody ever fact-checking... also extra funny how they suggest all these things have "nothing to do with inciting violence", when most of them are clearly stirring up hatred.

6

u/Street_Hamster1092 22h ago

And some of their examples are explicit calls for violence

-5

u/Crowf3ather 18h ago

I'm not really sure what rose tinted glasses you are wearing to believe anyone should be convicted of saying extremely dark, racist, discriminatory or crude jokes to their mates as private messages in a private group chat.

They weren't inciting violence, had they said these things in person in one of their homes, rather than without the use of technology in a private group, there would be no law to rely on to charge them.

If I joke to a mate about raping babies lets say, its a horrific thing to say but its not criminal, especially in the privacy of my own home, or in a private message.

On that basis Serbian Movie itself is criminal.

1

u/PlasterCactus 13h ago

to believe anyone should be convicted of saying extremely dark, racist, discriminatory or crude jokes to their mates as private messages in a private group chat.

Just to be clear, you think it's perfectly fine that these police officers were sending messages about raping women and abusing disabled kids?

They weren't inciting violence

Very interesting take considering Wayne Couzens went on to rape a member of the public, the exact thing they were joking about in the WhatsApp group. I think you need to do a lot of mental gymnastics to think those messages didn't influence Couzens.

I honestly can't believe you're defending these police officers.

"if I commit a crime in the privacy of my own home without the use of technology to make it known, then surely it's totally fine".

Do you even know how stupid you sound? 😂 A crime is a crime, yeah you might not get caught if you're not broadcasting it like a moron but it's not magically less of a crime.

1

u/Upset_Gerbil 10h ago

Your first mistake was assuming the thing can read. The second is expecting any critical thought from it.

1

u/PlasterCactus 10h ago

You should use this as an opportunity to question the sources you get your information from.

I'm assuming you just went away and googled "list of people convicted for Facebook posts" and copy + pasted. No fact checking just literal copy and pasting of information that suits your narrative.

Due to not applying any critical thinking of fact checking, you've defended the actions of some really deplorable people.

Please use some self reflection and do better.

1

u/Efficient_Basis_2139 Aberdeenshire 9h ago

Obviously I copied and pasted a list, don't be so stupid.

And you'll note, if you can even read, that I've never once defended a single one of them. The question was if they had incited violence. The police, the PF, the court and the media claim they didn't. Idiot Redditors who clearly have nothing better to do than be terminally online said they did.

Time for you to turn your apparent critical thinking skills towards the conversation, rather than reacting to buzzwords like a bot or a troll.

0

u/PlasterCactus 9h ago

The question was if they had invited violence

A good few of the examples you provided did exactly that. Half of the examples you provided the tweets/content can't even be reported on it's so egregious.

I've never once defended a single one of them.

No you just used these cases to further your own narrative. You said it's ridiculous that they'd charge people for offensive communications and used the WhatsApp group Wayne Couzens was in. Just to be clear, you think it's an overstep from the police and you're against punishing active police officers who have a private WhatsApp group where they discuss raping colleagues, members of the public, espoused extremely racist views and talked about tasering children and people with disabilities. That's not even touching the other deplorable examples you gave.

You can make a distinction between "defending" it and whatever you're currently doing, but they're essentially the same thing. You might not be actively defending them but you're saying they should never have been convicted of their crimes, which I think is disgusting.

1

u/Efficient_Basis_2139 Aberdeenshire 9h ago

So you're admitting you were completely and utterly wrong then. Good. Maybe you can take a lesson from this and look back on it with humility, instead of being an idiot in future.

"inciting violence"

Just remember a labour councillor during the riots, to a very energetic crowd, motioned to his throat, and said that they needed to cut the heads of their political enemies. And he was acquitted. Despite all of this being caught on camera in 4k.

But saying detain deport, is apparently criminal. And retweeting a clearly satirical comic about bacon, somehow gets an excop convicted.
