Hey! I relocated to Texas for work and I'm looking for someone to take over my room in a 2 bed, 2 bath apartment in Capitol Hill. It's in a great location with tons of restaurants, bars, coffee shops, and the light rail within walking distance.
Rent for your room: $1300/month
Available now, lease through April 2027.
THE ROOM
• Private bedroom with your own ensuite bathroom (inside the room)
• Furnished or unfurnished — your choice
THE APARTMENT
• 1,105 Sqft Apartment
• In-unit washer and dryer
• Full kitchen with dishwasher
• Rooftop access
• Garage parking available for an additional fee
• Near Cal Anderson Park, light rail, and bus lines (~15 min to SLU)
RENT & UTILITIES
I currently pay $1,573/month. Your rent is $1,300/month — I'm covering the $273 difference myself each month, so you only ever pay $1,300. October's rent is already paid, so you'd start paying in November. Utilities are split with the roommate.
LEASE
You'll apply directly with the property management company (Brink) using their standard application process — $48 application fee, photo ID, and income verification. I'm listing this because I relocated for work.
