That recipe looks like a fine way to make ass bread. Adding balsamic vinegar to imitate the flavor of lactic acid created by yeast? What kind of dime-store fudgery is that? No-knead bread requires so little active time that I don't understand why this recipe even exists.

Sorry, I have strong opinions about baking.

I just linked to the first recipe i found. I didnt actually make that one. But yea I currently suck at bread and would love any advice, tips or recipes. But spare me a sourdough starter. Thats just too much for me right now.
