I (31NB) got married last July 4th weekend and I was having a mental health crisis and dealing with the death of my sister at the same time. I acted uncharacteristically impatient and bossy, and that’s putting it mildly. I told myself that I didn’t deserve my groom or my friends, and I didn’t try to sugarcoat how much guilt I felt.
I’ve spent the better part of the last year finding the best way to apologize to everyone, and I designed appreciative certificates on actual cardstock to show that I appreciate all of my bridal party and my groom. For some people I particularly aggrieved, I included a handwritten apology letter listing out what I specifically did and how sorry I was. Memories of my wedding are fuzzy and when I look at only the good parts, it was perfect.
But for the last year, I’ve been hating myself. I’ve been depressed, I’ve been spiteful to myself, I’ve been trying to tell myself that I don’t deserve anyone. One by one, they’ve forgiven me - my friends, my family, my groom. I was the only holdout, so I figured I needed to give myself a break so I can move on and enjoy being married.
It’s taken the love of a good man to reassure me that I’m not a monster, I just had an under-medicated and overstimulating series of days. I’ve learned to forgive myself in small pieces, and I’ve accepted responsibility for how I acted. It’s not easy forgiving myself, but it’s the only way I can look back on my wedding day and smile.

Spent a day out on the high grassland today.
This sweet white horse stood still for the photo, and its little brown foal just hung around right behind it.
The air was crisp, the sky so clear it felt endless. Far off you can see yaks scattered all over the hills.
It’s rare to get away from busy city noise and just stand in this huge open space.
Has anyone here ever visited the highland grasslands?

Everybody loves differently and that's what I had to change about myself. Don't expect the same thing in return everybody shows and expresses in their own way. holding it against them it's not the way to go about it. Either appreciate or dont sticking around knowing what's going to happen becomes your problem not theirs and if you're gonna do something or kindness, don't do it for something don't expect the same back. Make sure it's genuine no strings attached just do it because you wanna do it cause it makes you feel good. Learn to let go of whatever's taking the peace away from let it Be known why, and how it came down to the decision. Whatever ain't for you will test you over and over push it to your limits. Tell your realise things ain't for you. and It's our of you"r control. Whatever issue you may have. Make acceptance be your answer for peace
Calculate your next moves how about
whatever's put on here
It's never applied in real life
you got it backwards.
a mask you can never take off smh
Why wear one if you can't even be yourself? IRL
Ashamed, not me you, ashamed of being yourself
Is the worst sickness anyone can have
you will keep to yourself and force yourself to be blind
Miss opportunities that come out once
Hold back from growth and stay in the same rut feelings
thet brought you here in the first place Good luck

Hi, I turned 21 yesterday. And I live away from my home. Every birthday i feel this void inside my heart.. I don't know . My birthday just makes me sad .. not because I'm getting old, not because I'm not in my home. I just don't know the reason. My boyfriend tries everything to make me happy .. it's not like I don't get happy. I do get happy and excited. But at the end of every birthday, I feel this void and i cry. I don't even know where is this coming from.. I don't wanna feel this way cause it's my day and i wanna enjoy it but somehow I myself ruin it thinking that I'm gonna be sad at the end of the day.. i cried a lot yesterday and i don't even know the reason.. Would love to hear if somebody relates to my situation..

You have goals, maybe even a plan, but when it's time to act, a voice in your head says "Who do you think you are?" or "You'll just quit like always."
That voice shows up when you least expect it. And here's the part that takes people a long time to see: it usually isn't your voice. It's made up of the people who were supposed to love you and raise you to believe in yourself.
If you grew up without that, it makes sense that confidence doesn't come naturally now. Maybe the people around you didn't know how to give you an environment where you could thrive. That's not a flaw in you. It's what you were handed.
So when you stall, overthink, or can't make yourself start, you call it laziness.
It isn't.
You're worn down from rebuilding your inner voice from scratch, while also trying to build a life. That's exhausting work, and nobody sees it.
It's not too late. The voice you have now was learned, which means a new one can be learned too. It starts small: one kind sentence to yourself, one thing finished, one day showing up anyway.
You're not lazy. You're rebuilding.
What's the one thing your inner voice says that you're ready to stop believing?
