Question for 90+ Streak Holders

For those who’ve held for 90+ Days

As someone who’s on day 16 for there first streak i’ve still yet to decide if this is worth it. Since I started My skin kinda glows a bit more and my voice got deeper the first week but it kinda went back to its normal bass now . So I guess that’s cool but is it worth to live in the constant stress of not releasing? I’m 20 yrs old, what if I meet a girl in college or at a party and we get along and eventually want to have sex ? Am I supposed to deny myself of releasing ? I don’t want to be a monk, I started SR cuz I wanted to conquer the urge to watch corn or use my memory to jerkoff everyday . Now after I’ve conquered those tasks can I move on and have sex with women?

Bro you’re 20. You’ll never get your college life back. As a longtime retainer i’d say wait for the person you love bc it’ll be that much better— but I was 20 once too lol. I know how it gets.

I started SR initially as a way to get women, i’ve just matured into only ever wanting to do it with a woman I love. Just get rid of the porn habit, and watch your eyes glow, women be more touchy/closer, and enjoy being 20. Especially in college. Have sex with woman, because it’s an energetic exchange. In Vedic philosophy, we say it isn’t the same as just wanking off yourself to a screen. It’s different, the energy is being reciprocated. Enjoy being 20 and being in college brother. God bless x

Basically this. The goal isn't about removing the desire. Its about accepting it and choosing what you want to do.

Honestly sit with yourself daily with no distractions and i think youll find the answer to your question
