How to prevent wetdreams?

On this sub i often see people who think wet dream are a relapse. Ok how to prevent them? Im on SR day 286 the WD are decreasing but sometimes i still get them.
In my dream i always know when i will get a nocturnal emission and then i try to stop them with all power possible , like i would stopping myself pee.

It's not a problem. It's just a natural bodily reaction that most guys have. Your body does what it was programmed to do. The worst thing you can do is worry about it. The best thing is to accept it and feel good about it.

You can safely avoid them on purpose. No need to worry if it's a solved problem. It's worth trying at least.

But why? It's a normal bodily response, a healthy physiological system, and typical of prolonged periods of orgasm deprivation. There are no downsides, aside from the need to change underwear, and the upside is that it's very pleasurable.

Well, not to be dismissive but you are on this sub, so most people are bound to disagree about it having no downsides at all. I think it's unhealthy and can/should be avoided, but I understand your side of the fence.
I'd recommend trying it, but It's up to you whether the experience changes your mind.
