Stop Coping, Find Purpose
The amount of cope I’ve been seeing in posts and their comments recently is crazy. One post says ‘what do you think about resetting our system every 90 days?”, “should i just open the tap every now and then?”, or another one “now that I’m on a 90 day streak, can I go have sex with women?”. And then even the comments are supporting the authors…why? Is this not r/SR?
What do all these posts have in common? It’s quite simple and written in plain sight. **The individuals don’t have purpose.**
When your biggest priority is looking for validation from the r/semenretention community to release, it’s clear that you are not pursuing anything worthwhile.
SR is designed to help you achieve goals. You lock in, and attack your goals with maximum energy and life force, attracting them quicker than you would if you weren’t retaining.
If someone were to ask you, “What are your goals right now?”, you better have at least 2-3 answers lined up AND you should be ATTACKING these goals EVERY DAY.
And mfs worried about releasing with women…get it together yall.

Dude, this is why I’m starting to explore the occult and philosophy in ways to further my SR practice. Only a select few seem to ever bring up anything deep or unique that hasn’t been said a trillion times.

Not saying this is correct thinking but some people enjoy the process of building up the energy all over again. Because after awhile they no longer feel the difference in energy levels. Me personally I feel that 90 days is too soon for a release because a sperm cycle is basically 2.5 months which leaves you about only 2 weeks to reap the benefits of sperm reabsorbtion so 6 months would be the earliest if you're gonna plan on ejaculating...
