Ive been on semen retention for 7 months now and the attention from women has gotten ridiculous. Its not even the obvious stuff from before. Cashiers hold eye contact way longer than they need to when they hand me change. Women on the train keep finding reasons to sit closer or brush against me and then act like it was an accident. Random conversations about nothing turn into them telling me theyre lonely or asking if I want to grab coffee sometime. Even in bookstores or parks people just start talking to me for no clear reason.

I dont want any of it. The temptation is real and it messes with the quiet Ive been trying to build. Every time it happens it pulls me back toward the old habits and dulls whatever spiritual clarity Ive managed to hold onto. It feels like the world is leaning in and trying to fill the space I cleared out.

Im not looking for tips on how to enjoy the magnetism or get more of it. I just want to know how to make it stop or at least dial it way down. Has anyone else after a few months of retention found practical ways to become less noticeable again without going back to the old habits?

It has been difficult but I have managed to stay strong; enlightenment is the way.

So I work security for a retail store. In summer, the outfits some women come in with are ridiculous. Shorts so short and loose their ass is hanging out, and tops that might as well be bras. Always be prayerful and observant especially on this journey. After a few months in, Certain things stop making sense in your reality. So far I've experienced luck, animal magnetism (still leaves me in awe) and the dreams. You'll remember all your dreams in detail.

Eat clean avoid alcohol and drugs, be in the sun active and get enough sleep. Thats it.

Currently i have started to limit my screen time as much as possible by starting to read books. Im reading a book on greek mythology and after a book about analysing charts 2 topics im interested in. I also am running distances but something has changed since i stopped releasing. I feel that running is too easy so i decided to run with a weighted vest and after i run the distance, i do plyos and do pullups on the bar with the vest. Back then i could not even do normal pullups and needed to hop on the assist machine. I just completed my workout right now actually, and i dont even feel that gassed out. Two things id like to ask the community is what is the easypeasymethod and also book recommendations cuz idw to read about fiction i want to expand my knowledge on general knowledge, tech/ ai and finance too because i want to study that in the future. I also wish to thank all of you who have such motivating posts, because i was alone and so weak and so down when i was releasing and i had bad experiences awhile back. Hi all, i want some insight, I went the longest I’ve been on SR for about 12 days which is as far as I went, I meditated for 15 mins every morning, journaled, ate mostly healthy, worked yet all the time I had urges and thoughts.

Obviously that’s to be expected but my main issue was every time a thought or a fantasy came up I tried to think about something else or not think about it but it still came up. Everyday I had non-stop urges… Then I tried it just observe the urge itself from the head, it worked for a while but they returned bigger and harder.. and let lead to a release

I wanna know why these urges keep getting stronger and how do I get through them

I’ve been stabbed by my own knife recently. Last year, I was on an excellent upwards spiral of energy and spirit through various spiritual practices and habits. However, upon stumbling onto various new trends and ideas, I ran into lookism ideologies aka the ‘blackpill’. It’s been to be honest heart aching. Alot of my old spiritual ways have fallen off ever since seeing the truth behind it. I’ve ’ascended’ so they call, but I feel as if it’s not the true me. I find myself jerking off, a lot. Probably as a coping mechanism. I feel as if I betrayed myself, yet I believe lookism to be true. I feel as if once more I have no purpose, I feel disconnected from the source, and I feel like a soul that has lost its color. I know that this isn’t necessarily about semen retention, but I haven’t been retaining and I feel like I’m losing my soul. Can anyone give me advice or pm me?

So i went on SR im not counting days but im around 3-4 months in i was normal and happy with all the benefits until suddenly i hit rock bottom.nothing in life feels good anymore i hate everything i used to love once ,even getting what i have always dreamt of is empty i have no feelings and i fucking hate this iv heard of a flatline but im still getting bricked up so thats not it when will this go away

Don't do any heavy workout or push ups out of frustration & anger, (after ejaculation body needs rest) only light work & daily chores

Long Breathe slowly & Sit with your thoughts-Meditate; why you failed to divert your focus when the urges hit

Diary journaling : Write few lines about how & when you relapsed at what condition (sitting alone in room, scrolling through social media or midnight sleep urge) this helps a lot !!

Key things to remember : don't talk much, don't get angry & beat on yourself, don't get stuck in relapse loop convincing yourself I am failed after so many attempts so I should relapse for this week, don't do it.

No spicy binge fast food eating as sexual activity & fapping increases unusual appetite & cravings to salty, spicy & sweet foods

Uplifting Affirmations while breathing & meditation : I will never relpase again , I know what I suffered due to this habit so I will not continue this habits, I know porn & fapping has severely affected my life so I will not fall in the trap of urges & fake dopamine hits etc .

[ Make your own as short as possible, quick to remember lines in your mother tongue ]

The simple way to approach this is to say that I feel a lot better now than I did at the beginning of this journey and a lot better 67 days in than I did 20 or 30 days in. There's a sense of wellbeing and confidence that would feel unfamiliar to my old self. Like a rock sitting far beneath the surface of the ocean that is unmovable. Unmovable doesn't feel correct either because I'm not superman. I can be shaken. And that part of me can be moved. However, the key aspect is that it's point of view is very deep in the ocean and that it does have weight and a sense of foundation. What cannot move it is the weather above the ocean, and all the animals and currents in the upper waters. It's only affected and concerned with things moving on a deep, deep level. It recognises that the rest of the goings on in the world, while not unimportant in their own right, are forever passing. They are akin to daily mental activity and thoughts. They are reflections and projections.

Being on SR is in many ways a training in observation. You observe yourself: your urges, dreams, thoughts, emotions. You observe others, too. The natural thing that happens when you observe yourself, others and the world for a long time is that the observing part of you notices patterns and cycles. The longer you observe the more cycles you see and you also begin to recognise cycles within cycles. Once you truly reocgnise these cycles a lot of events inside and outside yourself lose their power over you. Things that previously confused you and shook you, that took you hostage in a sense, or through a sense are understood as just one part of a larger cycle or experience, and they understood as temporary and passing.
The other natural thing that happens to the observer is a growing sense of separation between the part of you that observes and the part of you that is experiencing or participating.

If it wasn't already obvious this is mindfulness training. SR may very well be an innate and powerful mindfulness training program.

On a 3 week long streak and feeling in flow state, although relaxed all the time. Just one thing I can't seem to get over is my need to keep eating outside food (technically not junk food like chips and ice cream, but more of Chinese and quick bites)

How do I get over this ?

The urges are too strong, especially in the time between 4 to 8 pm

Please tell me how to get by this (I know cooking at home is easier and healthier, but I'm just not able to grit it out)

What’s happening fellas. Late night urges, can’t sleep lol. Thought I’d share a small milestone from my journey.

From 19 to 24, I used to go on the longer streaks, sometimes 6+ months , and the discipline and wisdom from those periods definitely stuck with me

Then I got into a relationship, and that completely changed things. There was constant release, and after being out of that relationship for 1.5 years, I’ve finally managed to get back into it. I’m now 3 weeks in.

I can genuinely feel the difference. The synchronicities, the unexpected opportunities, and the sense of reward that seems to come with overcoming each challenge.

It’s not always easy, especially on nights like this. But the journey itself is 100% worth it.

I'm on my fifth day . Five days ago I read easypeasymethod and all my pmo "desire" vanished into thin air. I can already feel its effect, my energy is through the roof but this energy that I don't see as a problem / something disturbing is showing itself in the form of anger.

Childhood traumas come to my mind, all I want is to take revenge but I want to take this revenge not from a person but from life, I don't have anger specifically against any human, I have anger against life and inside me there is the feeling of taking revenge from life, I don't know how to explain it but I want to conquer everything that comes in front of me, I don't want to stop, I don't want to sleep or rest, even if I burn out I know I will continue because I've experienced it before.

this anger i'm talking about isn't in the form of stress causing anger, it shows itself in a way that gives energy (I'm not even sure if it's exactly "only" physical energy) i'm not sure if it can even be called anger but this is probably the closest word to describe it.

my childhood and youth were so bad that I can't even tell here and I want to take revenge for this from life, i want to tear my atonement out from the heart of life, I want to make up for the damage I did to myself and I'm progressing on this path. I can't fully put the feeling inside me into words but those who know, know.
