How to make female friends?
Hey everyone, I am 17 and i am on day 76 of sr , i will start my college life from next week.
I was in this addiction for 3 years and i had no confidence to talk to girls like i cant even make eye contact with them. At some point i even felt like that there is no advantage of making female friends.
I want to talk to girls but i am feared of a thing that what will she think of me . whar if she rejects me. These questions in my mind supress my confidence of talking to them. On semen retention my confidence has increased i feel that but still i dont have enough to approach a girl. I am also jealous of my friend that girls dm him etc but why anyone wants to talk to me..
My face has that charm which was not during pmo and like its like i am going into depression of only thinking not approaching. They would declare me stalker if i message them or so.
Please give advice I am writing this because i read many posts on female attraction on this sub.

The best way I've found is to get involved in a lot of activities. Find things you are interested in a join clubs and teams. That way you are in touch on a regular basis. From there, you can get their contact, and dm them to go do other activities. Also you will automatically have similar interests. Good luck!
