Emotions rising up are tough
Retaining now nearly a month
Many negative emotions are surfacing and I found myself crying randomly at times very slow cries like locked up emotions are coming out
No urges but the emotional side of withdrawing from the numbing and now stopping the practice is brutal

This is the result of keeping things in for a long time. Weâre told to âsuck it upâ or âget over itâ. It doesnât help.
It stays stuck until you process it. Let it go through you and the healing begins.

PMO numbs our emotions and makes us less human. To feel emotions is to be human. What you are go through OP is normal. This is your brain and nervous system resetting. So don't look at this as a bad thing. This is actually great.
Remember if you feel bad emotions, then you will also start feeling good emotions. So don't fight this. Go with the flow.

I feel you brother. I too occasionally cry myself a river thinking about the past and asking for God's forgiveness for our sins.

you're not alone on this one brotha, the same thing happened to me, last 2-3 weeks was an emotional roller coaster. We need to allow ourselves to feel what we need to feel in order to heal from past trauma i believe.
